We switched our furbabies from our old vet about a year ago when one of our dogs was having an emergency; the vet's office where we were established said they couldn't see my dog until the following day so I called St. Clair, who got us in the same day. Not only did they get us in they called to check on our dog and see how he was doing; we've been with them ever since. Whether it's a regular visit, an emergency, or to have an animal put down the staff is so kind and does their best to make it as positive as they can. It doesn't feel transactional when you go, it feels like like they genuinely care for your pet. We were told that we were part of their family and that's exactly how they treat you.”
