About Kautex *Avilla,Indiana

Kautex loading and unloading fast. Staff were friendly and customers loaded quick. Customers must call the number posted on the sign, place key in this box located by door, then sit inside their break room until finished. Service is quick, less than 30 minutes, hygiene. Docks are fast but shipping is rude. The experience we just had at this place has nothing to do with the reviews we read.

Four stars only four driver has to be inside while loading or unloading and that’s very unpopular. Other than that, people are polite in and out 30 minutes easy to find an easy to park the truck on the dock.
