Kautex loading and unloading fast. Staff were friendly and customers loaded quick. Customers must call the number posted on the sign, place key in this box located by door, then sit inside their break room until finished. Service is quick, less than 30 minutes, hygiene. Docks are fast but shipping is rude. The experience we just had at this place has nothing to do with the reviews we read.

The experience we just had at this place has nothing to do with the reviews we read. We were served quickly and well. In less than 30 minutes we were received, unloaded and released. Very friendly and good hygiene.

They will not accept u early for appointment time... even if they're empty racks... but the docks are fast :) rude shipping though
