Terrible customer service. The process to get my car into Andr Mohr Avon Nissan is terrible. You can't speak to a live person about servicing a car or pricing. The people that schedule service work don't talk to the actual Avon workers. The scheduling people don't know anything about pricing they don't rely messages to the Avon workers or the service people don't know how to return calls.After my car was at Andy Mohr we couldn't get a hold of the service person about my car. Was told a my appointment was at 8:30 am. Called at 11:00 to inquire about my car of course couldn't talk to a person. Did receive a call back about 30 mins later. My car hadn't been touched. No one called later about my car. My husband called at 5pm. Was told my car needed a new engine. 5 mins later a sales person is calling to buy my car???? No one asked about other ways to fix my car just wanted to either buy my car to charge me $15,000 for my 2020 car. No one wanted to work with us. Went to pay for my car service of hooking it up to a machine. Was charged $180 for something Auto Zone does for free. Took my husband 20 mins to get my car paid for.Terrible customer service.

Everything was great about my experience except the discrepancy with the price for my car online vs the reality. I didn’t see the tiny print about certified cars. Other than that it was great. I was worried about my credit but my salesperson and finance treated me with respect. Very appreciated.

Just purchased my second car from them and again had a great experience. From GM Alvin and salesman Ashton and all the other Managers made the sales process easy and took care of all my needs.

I would never buy a car from this dealer. I am not sure about Andy Mohr as a company overall but this has been by far the worst experience when buying a car. The sales Managers are so rude. They sold me a car with issues and are not backing up their product. The service department is great but do yourself a favor and do not purchase your car from here! My issue was not resolved. I did meet with the GM but my issue is not resolved. The point of the matter here is that I have had multiple issues with my car. I bought in October and have had it in your service department multiple times.... still having the same issue. I brought it in for an oil change and got smacked with mechanical issues. The car was not serviced prior to me purchasing it.

We stepped in the door and were taken care of with no hassle. Great team that works great together. David Johnson was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. I appreciate how DJ and Nick Burns found a vehicle that fit my family needs.My Nissan Pathfinder has been a classy upgrade that we are enjoying.

Fantastic experience! Went to look at an Armada for my wife, and David (DJ) and Alvin (the GM) took great care of us. We’ve purchased a number of vehicles, and this was undoubtedly the best experience we’ve had. They went out of their way to make sure we could get a deal done, but no pressure and exceeded expectations all the way. We’re thrilled with our new vehicle, and can’t recommend these guys enough.

It’s hard not to rant and rave about this dealership! It was the most seamless experience Iv had buying a car ever! Pat is the best and is so helpful with the whole process! Nick and the rest of the team were so amazing! Will be returning for my next trade in! Thanks to everyone at the Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon!

The only thing that bugs me is the service person says they will get you when the vehicle is finished. I saw my vehicle pulled out of the service bay. I waited 15 to 20 minutes. No one came to get me. I had to go to the cashier who commented he was just finishing the paper work. Also, when they check the lights they don't put them back on automatic. This was not only inconvenient but scary because if/when I drive at night, I assume I have lights. Several times in the past I was driving without lights.

First, AMAZING, car buying experience ever! We have bought a lot of vehicles, but have never felt good when we left. They went above and beyond to get us what we needed & were so honest & extremely helpful! Very highly recommend!

We visited Andy Mohr Avon Nissan to buy a used car, and had an excellent experience. Ashton was the salesperson we worked with, and he made the process so easy. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, and he listened to what we were looking for while still offering guidance and suggestions. The process with financing was also very smooth and straightforward. Overall, we felt like we were in good hands with this team. When we decide to replace our other vehicle, we will be keeping Andy Mohr Avon Nissan in mind.

Awesome experience from beginning to end! Worth the 2 hour drive to get the vehicle we wanted. Tons of inventory and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and got in and out the door quickly with a great trade in Value for the car we had. 100% recommended them and our salesman Enzo!

Zaira helped me and was just really professional, down to earth and honest with me about making sure I knew what was going on and truly what she recommended for my car - none of the frills or extra stuff. She tried to work with me to get my car serviced and cut down the costs and was very understanding! Really a great experience overall with her service :)

I used to brag about the service provided by this service department, now I regret every bit of it. They have had my truck for a week now. Service Advisor didn’t fill out the warranty paperwork correctly, not knowing that I also called the warranty company and they told me that the claim was sent back immediately because he never actually put any parts on the claim, he told me that the claim was still being reviewed. He then went on to state that he would check back with them before he left for the day. Figuring that everyone makes mistakes I assumed that he would indeed check before he left and fix his mistake. I was terribly wrong, I called the warranty company before they closed that evening to find out that it hadn’t been fixed. The next morning at 7:45am I get a phone call with the advisor stating that he came in that morning and saw the email. Ok whatever he fixes it they come out and do an inspection the following day around lunch. He tells me that he will check on it first thing in the morning. He doesn’t come in the next day. I talk to another associate and he tells me that he would call and see if it gets worked out soon as he gets off the phone with me. I call the warranty company again to see if it has been approved or not, it has been since early that morning, cool. I had to pick up something out of my truck, so I go up to the service center, the same employee that told me that he was going to get it figured out for me, tells me that the claim is still in review. I responded with I just got off the phone with them and it’s been approved. He informed me that he would have to wait on my advisor to get back on Monday and I would receive a phone call first thing in the morning with an update. Monday comes around my advisor doesn’t come in again. I go up to the dealership at 9:00am to try and get an answer, was told that I would get a phone call within a couple of hours. Waited until 12 and called back, without asking my name or anything I’m told said manager is on the phone with the warranty company and I would receive a phone call right back. An hour later a different person calls and tells me that the claims department went to lunch and she would call me back with an update give her about 2 hours. When I brought up the complaint of how things have been going I was insured that it would be handled quickly and “I have a common transmission so it shouldn’t be hard to get”. I finally get a call back at 4 and was told that the order was going to be placed immediately and unfortunately there are only 10 available so it might be put on back order and there’s no telling when it would be in. Was told that I would receive a call this morning with an ETA on the transmission and if they could/would provide a loaner vehicle. I waited until 11am and finally sent a text asking for an update to be told again nobody knows anything. Now I get no answer, and I’m literally paying a car note for my suv to sit in their parking lot

Disappointed. We are desperately in need of a vehicle. Daily automated texts and emails from Andy Mohr but no connect with a real person. Finally emailed President of Andy Mohr who was swift with gracious reply. Was told to expect contact from GM. Nothing. Just more automated texts and emails. Lost of cars. Seems nobody really interested in contact or personal service.
