Carla was rude, got annoyed with me and walked away. I told her the next time she was annoyed with a customer it would be appropriate to excuse herself before she disappeared for 15 mins. We also had Angel who walked away taking a phone call while we were still waiting for our Apple Watch to update and he knew it was almost done. When it finished, left. I will never go back to that location. I'll drive the additional 6 miles to go into Indy and to a corporate store where they actually treat you properly

My partner and I had a great experience when switching from two different phone plans over to one. The store manager, Angel, was patience, kind, and very personable. Would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Deacon was awesome. Helped us with some complex problems was patient. Didn't feed us misinformation, if he didnt know it he went to his Dakota and got the correct information. Great guy and employee. made the experience easier to go through. Dakota was great as well. Supportive of his employee and flowed well through the store supporting all the employees and customers. overall excellent experience.

The first guy I delt with was only here for a month. He wasn't the issue at all. There was another guy in here that seemed like he didn't want to do anything to help on Monday. The lobby was full of about 4 groups of people. He was sitting behind the computer not helping anyone. He seems like he doesn't want to help customers. The phones were all messed up. My mom's line in Ohio was turned off on Sunday when I was in the store. It will be fixed today by the main guy. The resolution from this guy is amazing. The other manager needs to be trained again.

Katie is amazing. She has gone well above my expectations in helping me purchase and set up my new iPhone. Working with someone(me) an eighty-one year lady I’m sure could be frustrating, but Katie showed kind patience and determination to make sure that I could use my phone. Also, she pointed me to helpful places to learn how to use my new phone more effectively.

Sales Rep: Francisco is the best. He is a true blessing to your company. He was patient with all my questions. Francisco is extremely knowledgeable of your products and services. Shout out to the store manager. Great looking store. And great customer service from your whole team and the 2 young ladies. I wish this store was in my neighborhood.

Had a great experience at the AT&T Avon store. I stopped in a few weeks ago to price out service and phone upgrade to decide whether to continue with AT&T or switch to a lower tier carrier. Francisco spent a lot of time helping me figure out the best deal for my husband and I based on our usage patterns. Went back yesterday and was assisted by Cate who put the earlier plan in place and upgraded the phone. There was a system glitch that I discovered yesterday evening that caused me to return to the store today to rectify. I was greeted by Francisco who remembered me and jumped right in fixing the issue and answered even more questions that had arisen. The store manager, Latyr, greeted me as well and checked to make sure all issues were being taken care of. I highly recommend the Avon, IN store. Their management and employees are second to none. In this day and age of waning customer service in so many area, these folks continue to stay on top of their game. I will definitely return to this store for any future transactions needed.

I purchased a phone today, and I have to say that Jennifer was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything much easier and smoother, guiding me step-by-step and answering all my questions. The level of customer service I received from her was outstanding and truly exceptional!

Jennifer was awesome. I really disliked the upgrade process through our previous provider-iIt took forever. My daighter and I were in and out in 30 minutes max. She left estatic. Jennifer had great customer service...After all,I was upgrading for a child. So she understood. Very fast. Very thorough. She was great! When I need an upgrade. I will likely ask for her

A big but though, The Regional sales manager was assume on how here treats people with real respect!
