Nick was absolutely wonderful. He happily installed my new battery and was a joy to speak with while doing so! I was curious about the process and he kindly communicated what he was doing. He was very confident, and it was clear he understood what he was doing. AutoZone was an absolute G compared to Advance Auto Parts in Danville. Thank you, Nick!

Absolutely pleased with my experience. A gentlemen and woman helped me purchase rotors and brakes for my vehicle about a month or two ago. I just want to say I am absolutely impressed by the customer service and willingness to help throughout the store! Thank you so much!

I recently visited AutoZone and was impressed with how well-stocked the store is β they really have a wide variety of products. However, I was very disappointed with the customer service. I bought wiper blades for my car, and there were three employees standing around, but none of them seemed to know how to install them, or perhaps they simply didnβt want to help. It felt like they were either untrained or unwilling to provide assistance. For a store that is otherwise so well supplied, the service experience was very frustrating.

Helpful staff, but he kind of seemed annoyed, or angry. I'm not sure really he just seemed rushed and kind of annoyed.

Bad service from their workers who are not kind enough to assist and get upset when you ask about a part. I would like a supervisor to pretend to be a customer so you can see the quality of their staff. That's why I only give them one star.

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Brice at Auto Zone while dealing with a breakdown in my Toyota Camry in Avon. After noticing my situation in the parking lot, Brice and his colleague promptly provided me with an alternator, which I was able to install. Unfortunately, the car still wouldn't start.
At that point, Brice went above and beyond to assist me in diagnosing the issue. He identified that the problem was likely a blown fusible link block assembly, which I later purchased on Amazon. Brice took the time to explain the installation process thoroughly, ensuring I understood each step. His guidance saved me at least a thousand dollars compared to what I would have spent at a mechanic.
Brice's professionalism, extensive knowledge, and outstanding customer care truly set him apart. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would like to give him the credit he deserves for turning a frustrating situation into a manageable one.

Won't honor there warranty on batteries, I go down the street to an auto shop and was told this happens a lot .

Employees are hit or miss. Some are helpful, some are rude. Donβt have lots of parts in stock but can order most. Would rather just go down the road to oreilly. Parts in stock and can order them in same day.

I recently went into Autozone a bit frazzled by a small issue with my cars key fob. I got the pleasure of interacting with Steven S and he was an absolute pleasure. He was kind, funny, and helped me with my issues in a matter of minutes. I truly appreciate the customer service I received and will continue to visit this particular store.
