Everyone that works there was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Their wellness plan makes taking care of my dog affordable and with a lot less stress.

I had to take one of my boys in to be seen. I got so lucky to be able to secure a cancellation. The workers were all so kind. He had an accident in the cage and one of the lovely women at the front desk cleaned it for me, because I was so overwhelmed. I appreciate their kindness and reassurance. I will definitely return.

Best Banfield in the south/west of Indy. Maria is always so nice when we check in and make appointments. The vets and techs are knowledgeable and don’t pressure you to get things you don’t want/need. The wellness plans are the way to go if you take your pets to the vet at least annually.
