We were helped by an employee named CJ and he was great to work with! He went out of his way to help us, and was very patient while we got some things figured out. Definitely would recommend coming to this location!

CJ and Charlie were amazing! The Avon store was so busy but they never missed a beat staying professional and courteous of everyone’s time. I had the glass on my iPhone replaced. My phone looks brand new!
CJ and Charlie could use some help with a dedicated person to answer phone calls for them. Their in person customer care was excellent but the phone calls distracted them from being able to take care of the customers inside the store.
So happy with batteries plus. I will recommend them to everyone!

How long does it take to replace a battery in an iPad? I'm more than halfway into week 5 without mine. So far they have broken and charged me for a replacement display, failed to contact me when they decided they needed to send it out for repair - causing another week delay, taken a week to send it to their repair facility, which has taken a week to determine the replacement was bad, taken another week to tell me it had just shipped back from the repair center, and so far taken a week to get it back. Through all this, despite telling me they'll keep in touch, they have never spoken to me without me calling them. I'm just about to give up and sue the bastards.

Did the online order and picked up at the store. Super easy process. Got confirmation that order was ready. Great customer service when I went for the pickup. Team member was nice, professional and efficient. I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Good price on batteries as well!

Our battery on out 2017 Honda CRV went kaput. We walked in and they immediately put a new battery in. The service was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I will be back for sure. The only issue I had, which is not their fault is that when I started up the car every error you could think of came up in the car. I immediately drove it to Honda and they said I just need to drive it a few miles and it will all clear, they all cleared. I will recommend Batteries Plus any day, over anyone. Thanks for the great service and friendliness. A+++++
