Great place to eat. Big portions. Great service. If you leave hungry, something is wrong with you.

Ordered items that we normally get but this time for pickup. Everything was ready when we arrived and nothing was missing. Tri-tip bowl was made as I ordered it and is delicious.

7 people over $250 and the food was colder tham it should have been. Took forever to come out of the kitchen. Server was a great, and she was in top of drinks. I did take care of her with the tip, but I am not convinced I would go back to a BJ's again. Huge menu now but the food has to be hot.Dietary restrictions: Did take care of Cilliac restrictions.

I've been here around 30-40 times. Hadn't gone for like 4-5 months. Did ownership change? They have really taken a liking to their deep fryer. You should never deep fry vegetables for savory dishes. Totally lost me for good on that one when you deep fry Brussel sprouts. Side salad was ok. Ribeye was rubbery like it was finished on a flattop with steam. I do feel like the manager tried to make it right. I just didn't want them to waste anymore food. When you pay $38 for a ribeye it should taste good and be hot. The deep fried Brussels did me in though especially when vegetarians I'm sure eat there and are unaware that they changed their cooking methods for Brussels sprouts. Great beer.

Haven’t eaten at this BJs in years and decided to give it another go. Didn’t go well. I have never got a bad meal at BJs in other states. At this location the Service was okay, no issues. Food was terrible, lukewarm, tasted bad. None our meals tasted good, some of the food was clearly old and just reheated. I’d recommend avoiding this location.

We went for the first time for our friends Birthday. It took forever for our table of 10 to get our food my food and my friends food was cold we ate of course because we were hungry. It took half way through our meal to even check on us. They did nothing for that no discount nothing! They asked us if we wanted them to remake the steaks? After it took us an hour to get our meal...no. do not recommend this restaurant!

BJ's was recommended by my husband's coworker. My husband and I had never been here before. We were impressed with the menu variety, but our dining experience was challenging. It was very busy being Saturday night, and although our waiter was great, I really think he had way too many tables. The kitchen was definitely off that night! We honestly never saw our waiter again after we ordered, or until the food came. Someone else brought our beer, appetizer, and meal. We first both ordered beer and and it took forever to get it. The appetizer came, but we didn't have any plates. (Siracha brussel sprouts are hard to eat without a plate. Not finger food). We couldn't really get anyone's attention so we just started eating them out of the dish they were served in. When our meal came, my BJ bowl wasn't right, or it had regular shrimp, not blackened. The shrimp actually looked raw or like it had not been cooked. We finally saw our waiter when he came to check on our food, and I told him about my shrimp. He was very nice and said he would get the blackened shrimp for me, but I could go ahead and start eating the bowl. I didn't want to do that because the shrimp looked undercooked, and I wanted a new bowl. I got my blackened shrimp a few minutes later on a plate. They were over seasoned and very salty. I don't know if they expected me to scrap off the other shrimp and add the blackened ones? Our waiter finally took the bowl away and said he would bring me a new one. Meanwhile my husband is waiting to eat his meal, which is now cold. The waiter was very nice and apologized. We told him it wasn't his fault. He also brought my husband more fries. I will say my bowl was delicious after the wait. My husband's sandwich came with horseradish sauce that had absolutely no flavor of horseradish. The manager did stop by our table to inquire about the mix up with my shrimp. In the end, there was no charge for our appetizer, but I doubt if we return.

We love BJ's Brewhouse but last night we did a beer dinner and it was lots of fun! I love themed things so this was right up my alley and I can't wait to go to another one! The only thing we didn't enjoy from the 5 course meal was the jambalaya. Everything else was delicious!

Stood in the cold for almost 30min to get our table we already reserved and it took almost an hour and a half for my girlfriend to get her food. Service was decent, I know they were very very busy but when paying attention to other servers, ours just seemed to be at our table half as much as them.

We decided to go here for date night. I've never eaten at BJ's before and thought we'd try it. The atmosphere was different than what I expected, a bit more trendy? I expected something like an upscale Chili's. This place had loud dance beats, it was busy, smiling happy people everywhere. It was contagious and I liked it. Just a good vibe.We sat at the bar and the service was friendly. We enjoyed watching The Chive videos on a big TV in front of us, with a couple of drinks. My Harvest Hefeweizen was perfect, loved it. I ordered the weekend special that came with a bowl of clam chowder to start. It was decent but not especially hot. I appreciated the amount of clams in it.Then we waited a while for our entrees. I understand it was busy. But a minute before our food came out, the bartender informed me that they no longer had any rare cuts of the prime rib left. I asked for the rarest piece they had. She said the best was cooked medium. I asked if they would sub a different cut of meat for me. But before she could get an answer, the food runner brought me my plate. Calling it medium was a stretch. It was more medium well. At this point, I didn't want to wait any longer for a new steak, so I just ate it. It was tender and flavorful, but dry. I had to douse it in au jus and horseradish cream. The saving grace was my sides. The brussels sprouts and mac 'n cheese were excellent. My husband ordered the tri tip steak and wasn't asked what temp he wanted. It came out almost well done. Bottom line, I would have happily changed my order, if I had been presented with that option shortly after ordering, not after a 20 minute ticket time.We ordered their new Cinnamon Roll Pizookie for dessert, as it came with my meal. It was to die for! They hit a home run with that creation. All in all, I'd go back there and give it another shot, but I'll steer clear of their steaks.
