Breiner Non-Metallics cuts gaskets, seals, and custom shapes using both CNC technology and traditional steel rule die cutting. Our CNC Flashcutter allows us to provide parts without the costs associated with traditional tooling. The convenience of the Flashcutter for prototypes and R&D is that one part can be created to test fit and function and changes can be made without remaking or buying more tooling. From our JIT and Kanban programs to our same day/next day ability to produce parts, Breiner Non-Metallics is ready to reduce inventories and support companies in the Defense, Electronics, Pipe/Pump/Filtration, Automotive, OEM, MRO, and many other industries with their sealing and gasketing needs.
