Enjoyed my meal, Jr. Whopper. Great value for elderly. I really appreciated a cashier to take my order. PLEASE don't do away with this position. I do not and will not shop where there are NO cashiers.

Waited about 10 minutes for my small mobile order. Chicken fries were hot, and fries were fresh off the line. Tables were clean and drink machine worked.

Took literally 15 to 20 mins in drive thru for 1 dbl hamburger and 8 piece chicken finger and they was so burnt you could use them to nail boards together and no pickles on my burger and to top it all off I didn't get a drink and they gave me spicy chicken fingers so I had my mouth on fire till I stopped somewhere....

People who work here are slow. Sometimes they answer the drive thru sometimes they don’t. There is a young black kid who works the drive thru who is slower than slow that’s when he is not texting or playing on his phone.

To whom it may concern. On or about November 2nd information on my credit card was stolen upon my visit to Burger King in Avon Indiana. My wife spoke to a GM for Burger King concerning this and she told me that she was treated very rudely. So I called Burger King in Avon and spoke to a Megan who told me that she was the GM of Burger King.“Megan” was very rude and unaccommodating she just dared me to call the police and just write a report. She wasn’t going to deal with it. Now what Ms. Megan did not know it that she was speaking to a head Chef!Her actions spoke volumes, I quickly read the reviews on the restaurant I saw that this theft and rude behavior has happened before with no correction. (I blame the burger King corporation for allowing her to work in this capacity.) Working in food service I know that this is highly unacceptable. Having GM that has such a disrespect for her consumer base makes you think how are they going to treat the food that you consume?I’m not saying that they tamper with the food however ask yourself can you trust such a person with maintaining the very high standards like serving you food at the correct temperatures or maintaining correct Sanitation standards which can get you or your family member sick or worse? For me it’s a no! As a Chef or food service professional I know how things are supposed to go and this is not it. Matter of fact if this Megan does change her mind on how she treats her consumer base. I would not recommend anyone visit this burger king because you not only can be a victim of theft but you can risk your health or a family members health by consuming their food.Until the burger King corporation makes the necessary changes I say "Shut it down!"

After waiting in line for over 15 min, I received a cold whopper, cold onion rings, and small drink (even though I ordered a large) with no ice and room temperature....this place is disgusting and pathetic
