Do not rent uhauls from here, we took a picture of our odometer when we got the U-Haul and when we dropped it off , they charged us an extra 80 miles . They are scam artists and to make it worse they won’t even try to make it right with the proof, the lady that answered the phone was rude and hung up on us

$320 to replace a brake line on my old ford and I had to finish the repair for the technician. Left my taillight wiring harness and fuel lines to my rear tank unsecured and rubbing on the framerail, not impressed.Service: Brakes

I was in a jam and needed an appliance hand truck last minute on a Friday. The extremely nice lady at the front desk reserved it for me and saved my weekend and my back. This is the second time I’ve rented U-Haul from Cadwell’s and I can’t recommend them enough. Upfront regarding pricing, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend Cadwell’s!

Receptionist needs more training, very unhelpful and acted like it was a chore to answer any question I had about renting a U-Haul.

Customer service was like no other....the staff was so polite and honest.. work that was performed just flawless... Staff made me very comfortable while my car was getting fix...Never in 30years I've ever seen a very clean me mechanic shop...
