I am not a fan of new car shopping and have had multiple unpleasant experiences in the past, but our experience here was very positive. Our sales rep Hailey was consistently super helpful and never pushy or evasive. She knew I was shopping around and was still willing to spend a lot of time with us on a couple of visits answering our questions and never trying to twist our arms.
We ended up buying a new car and the process with Hailey was positive from start to finish. She really went the extra step for us more than once.
The only negative was that the person we did the final paperwork with got very pushy (which I hate) about trying to sell us an extended warranty and got a little huffy when I declined and kept pushing until I had told him no several times. ) Kind of a throwback to the old days of high pressure car salesmen.) However, that was a minor part of the whole process and I am not letting it impact my rating.

good place to get a vehicle. I have some thoughts on an employee that are negative but I will not throw that one under a bus. Our Salesman, spot on EXCELLENT Dude... He keeps up his work ethic and he will be their lead salesman.

My daughter bought a car from champion Chevy on 10-10-25. First of all the salesman was very inaccurate about the things involved with the car. This salesman has been fired. This is her first purchase and we discovered that they stuck a small battery in the car just so that it ran well enough to sell it. Now they are refusing to help fix the problem and it hasn’t even been 30 days. I was informed that they don’t do inspections unless u buy a brand new vehicle which is crazy to me.. I will never do business with them again as they don’t return phone calls and don’t care about their people. Once the sale is done they are done which is bad business. Hopefully no one else has this problem in the future!

I was just done REAL DIRTY by this dealer. Got off phone with a salesman that reached out to me to look at a 2007 GMC Pickup. I drive all the way there literaly when I get off the phone. 25 minute drive to get there. They waste my time filling out a credit report then come tell me that The truck had sold this morning before I was even contacted about it to come in... WOW!!!! I will never buy from them AGAIN!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep and was completely satisfied with the entire experience.
Hunter Howe (sales) was knowledgeable, professional and customer focused. Shay Foley (sales manager) was straightforward and a tough but fair negotiator. Aaron Glaze (business manager) thoroughly explained the contract and transfer process with no hidden line items or surprises quicker than I thought possible.
This was by far my best car buying experience. As I pulled off the lot, I checked the fuel gauge and was pleasantly surprised to find 3/4 of a tank!
Thanks for a great experience and a great pre-owned vehicle.

I wanted to love Champion Chevrolet again. I have purchased 2 cars previously and have always had wonderful service. I was in the market for another vehicle back in August. I spoke with Chance who is Top Tier! He listened to my needs along with needing to fit a car payment in my budget. Those needs were all met with a 2013 Toyota Sienna. Everything looked immaculate! Toyotas are reliable and they put work into it.
Did hear a humming sound coming from the van, I should have had it looked at but didn’t think anything of it. Now almost 3 months after having the van we are spending over $2K putting in a new rear differential! So to me the service department wasn’t very through with an inspection before putting it out to sell.

I loved it.I was given the opportunity to drive the HB Blazer and I loved the smooth ride.The staff were fantastic especially an eighteen year old handsome male who actually opened the door for me.I Also met some nice customers in the waiting area.This is my second visit and if the staff and the service get any better I may never look for another... Excellent service. We had the fuel pump sensor go out on our Chevy Blazer. Sheldon did a great job in coordinating tow to dealership and had the repair done all under 24 hours. Keep up the great service.
