Today's clerk, attendant, refused to sell me tobacco products after I waited in line twice to retrieve my ID from the car. I am 60 years old and it is quite apparent I am of legal age. Waiting for her to scan my ID I asked and she refused to sell to me because I had an attitude. Miranda, keep your all powerful and mighty gas station job. I will never be back!

One female attendant here was very rude and unkind to me.
One bathroom had a sign saying it was closed, the other had no sign indicating it was closed and when I went inside it looked fine. The door was not blocked or barricaded in any way. After I came out the female worker yelled at me telling me the bathrooms were closed and that I was going to flood the building. Needless to say I won’t be back.

At 3:45 PM, I visited the establishment to purchase a soft drink and noticed an employee working on the vending machine. Unfortunately, I did not see the out-of-order sign and proceeded to take a Styrofoam cup. Upon realizing the machine was not operational, I intended to place the cup alongside other cups designated for disposal. However, I found that the area for clutter and trash was not easily accessible. The employee, who was bald and stationed behind the counter, approached me in a manner that I found to be quite disrespectful and aggressive. I intend to share his name here, as he was on duty at 3:45 PM on October 4, 2024. I have never experienced such a lack of respect from someone in a customer service role. His demeanor suggested he believed he had authority over the situation and seemed eager to eject me from the premises, all due to a Styrofoam cup. Perhaps he was simply having a difficult day, but I sincerely hope that such behavior is not a regular occurrence, as it could deter customers in the long run.

Grabbed some milk and a few other things and didn’t notice until I had gotten home that I grabbed expired milk. I guess I should’ve checked but shouldn’t you also not be selling milk that expired on the 7th and today is the 10th? I just called 3 times to speak with someone and not one answer. Can I get my money back from this? I can show that I just made this transaction. I don’t live on this side of town so I’m not going to go all the way back right now to return it. But I want a refund

Stopped to use the bathroom . Disgusting find! No public place should be allowed to operate if they cannot keep the restroom in a clean, usable, condition.

Do not use this station! I was coming everyday for months to buy cigarettes and gas. The last 3 times were horrible! It was cold and raining and the counter person forgot to load my gas after I paid so had to walk back in in the rain. Then next time he wud not take both cash and card for gas so had to walk back in in freezing cold weather to pay twice. Then today the owner doesn’t wait on me while I’m standing at register. He is putting in 20 lottery tickets first with no welcome from him. So I’m just standing there f a time. Then he wants to card me for cigs. I’m 61 years old and have been there daily and it’s literally 5 degrees outside. Oh brother. I’ll take my biz elsewhere where my hard earned money is appreciated

This location has been under new management maybe a little over a week and you can tell (not for any good reasons) No product whatsoever in the cooler, candy selection very low, and also out of multiple types of cigarettes. Went to the bathroom to find it nasty, while they had 2 employees on shift. I was there 12-31-23 at about 10am.Don’t recommend this location. Go 6 mins down to the circle k in Danville.

I rate this gas stations a 4 star because its my favorite spot to hang and get a fast drink and I would like to see the slushy machine working soon please. Me and my boyfriend and my boss likes the slushy and would like to see new favorite to and my boss dose pay for the circle K program for the free drink. Ps thank you circle k for being tbere for us and being open when in need. Have a wonderful day & night.

The car wash here just scratched my brand new vehicle up. It was perfectly fine before I went through the car wash now the hood and front of the vehicle have scratches.
