Their spinning side brushes tore a piece of my vehicle off. However, due to damage which was NEAR that area, they claimed they had no responsibility. The claims department representative i spoke with was IMPRESSIVELY rude as well. So basically, if I could give a business negative stars ..... I would.

Went today had some tough bugs on the front and an employee Adian ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) spent extra time on the bugs that wouldn’t come off. I greatly appreciate the extra effort.

Road construction had my brand new white car covered in brown oil. When the wash failed to remove it, Dylan removed it all by hand, then sent me back through the wash to tidy up. Great service and back to good as new.

Good wash but I pay a monthly fee to be lefy alone. They have a new package and constantly trying to waste my time selling me the same thing everytime i go through to get a wash. Annoying.

There was confusion over when my membership was going to pause (I assumed it would at my next pay date, which was in a couple of days and I thought I could get 1 last wash in). But it turns out it happens immediately (everyone take note). The employees helped me out with this and they were all very friendly and eager to fix things. Thanks to everyone working around 4:30 yesterday.

Great workers and kind staff. Tried the interior wash because I had 30 minutes to spare. Clean and convenient with a bathroom and tip jar for cash or iPad for card tip. Good job for a $15 plus $5 tip but not sure its worth $29 plus a tip? They refunded me that because they double charged me by accident for $14.99 so wow! Good staff and management and I just upgraded to the $45 a month premium wash with undercoating protection supposedly? Great place and locations everywhere. Wish they had more interior spots near downtown and Southport.

The crew they had on staff today was great, so if you lost track of time and couldn't wash it by hand before the sun goes down, this location was great for an automatic car wash.

Even if there is a line, they get you in and out quickly! Very hospitable employees, and they make it very simple to purchase the car wash gift books.

Noticing alot of scratches on my brand new car...I have a piece of the car was brush stuck under my headlights as I type this..I'll take a pic to prove it.
