Had a prescription sent over by urgent care last night. Didn't stop by because I knew it wouldn't be ready right away; since it was about 8:30 I needed to get my kiddo home for bed. Stopped by 11 hours later the next morning and it's still not ready. They advised me it would be 30 ish minutes until it was ready. This location is open 24/7 so it's hard to fathom why prescription strength ibuprofen would take 11 hours to prepare. I'd love to say this is a one off but it's happened every time I've used this location. Steer clear!

had some rude pharmacy technicians before. now seems they always running late on the medication fill. good thing we switched to a different location.

I was hold 20+ mins just to see if I can transfer my prescription to a CVS near me. I hung up after 20 mins and called back and press the option for Doctors office, thinking I wouldn't be on hold long...WRONG...I was on hold for 30 mins!!!!! Rating -0.00

I'm sick, I get out of ER to come here and the pharmacist is a total crude witch. I already don't feel well, I ask about my prescription called over by er dr and she said it'll be at least 15 to 20 minutes you'll need to park over by Lowes. She didn't even ask my name. I went back over there 10 minutes later and she said and I quote: I told you it would be 15 to 20 minutes I have a lot going on....( no one is in line, no one is inside.....) 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for miss attitude the big bad witch\\npharmacist\\nI hope you never have to come here at night or any time!!

I've used this pharmacy since it first opened and had been very pleased the whole time. However, there seems to have been a personnel change triggering a drastic change in service. Instead of refills taking a couple hours they now take days, assuming they don't lose it outright. Just getting them on the phone took three days, and instead of addressing and correcting the issues, I got a 'that's the way it is' speech. This is totally unacceptable; take your business elsewhere.

I moved here recently and have used CVS all my life. I have a complicated medical history and 3 different medication profiles. They have taken the time to fill everything and send me text alerts to let me know when they are filled. It's great to know they help me stay on top of my medications My bf uses a close national chain near CVS. HORRIBLE service, no really ready EVER. Love my CVS!

Horrible service. I called to ask about a prescription that was to be called in, the person answering the phone asked if I could hold. I held for 28 minutes. I'm fact I still holding. So, while holding one phone, I called on another. The RUDE person who answered asked if I could hold, when I started to say I WAS holding on another line, the "person" put me on hold before I could speak one word. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Take your prescriptions elsewhere! Ok. Update while I'm writing. She FINALLY answered, and when I started to talk, the (insert bad word)hung up. I am beyond livid. Taking my business elsewhere.

I am writing this review based on my experience at the minute click and pharmacy. I had stomach flu symptoms and made an appointment online. When I arrived there after work, both the nurse and the nurse practitioner welcomed me and started seeing me right away. They were both so kind, friendly and sympathetic. They answered all the questions I had. I picked up my prescription in just 15 minutes after the visit and I was out of the door. Very smooth and efficient. With the number of COVID is increasing rapidly I am so thankful that I was able to make an appointment there as my family doctor is usually booked a few months out. I hope I don't get sick again anytime soon but if I ever do I will choose this location again!

I have called 3 times to speak to a pharmacist about a medication for my mom who is 84. waited for 40 minutes each time. No answer. Then when they answer they are very rude. Worst CVS I've done business with.

I called the pharmacy at about 11:30 PM one evening and I got a pharmacist by the name of Tariq. He was very helpful in telling me what supplement I could take with the medication that I'm currently taking. I always worry about interactions He gave me all kinds of information and spent time explaining things to me. I was very pleased with the service I received. Because of Tariq, I will now contact this CVS PHARMACY with any and all medication questions.

I called the pharmacist ( overnight) with questions on my prescription- Im not sure of his name but he was very helpful in reassuring me of my medication and the side affects they could have. He was very kind and took his time to talk to me and put my mind at ease! Thank you !

I have used the drive-up window to pick up prescriptions and every time they are slow to even come to the window. Currently have sat here for 11 minutes and have not even gotten assistance at the window. I often have my dog in the car, which is why I prefer the drive-up over going inside. Last time I came, I sat out here and pushed the call button twice with no assistance so I gave up and went inside. What’s the point of the drive-up if it is staffed and attended to so poorly? I dread picking my prescriptions up because of this. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
