Made an appointment online for the Minute Clinic at 6:15 PM and the permanent posted hours once I arrived say they close at 5:30 PM. Pathetic service.

Bhavda at the front of store amd Harwinder in Pharmacy make me feel “welcome back” as soon as I come into the store. They get a 10/10 score. Both of them have gone above and beyond to help me with the CVS extra Care card phone app and coupons. This is the best CVS I have been to. The pharmacists on staff are terrific and helpful and compassionate.

Drove across town specifically because this pharmacy was the closest 24 hour pharmacy, only for them to be closed.

Maybe the Pharmacist and the Pharmacist techs should find another line of work. They appear to be so miserable behind the counter that they have to treat there customers bad as well. I’m sure there job is just so exasperating that its just to much to ask them to speak to any of the customers with respect or kindness!

Poor experience. Had to make 2 trips to pickup my online order because items bagged up for me did not match what I paid for & only a manager could help I was told. Customer service was also very difficult to work with. I mean their attitudes were difficult, to be specific. So, apparently what you buy online does not match available inventory in the store so you will be downsized on almost everything. i do not think they are discussing this concern with the corporate office. They just wanted me and the problem to go away. It does not seem like they enjoy their jobs at all and it shines through.

If you buy online for store pickup you most likely will be downsized on your items, because inventory does not match online larger sizes. Ex: Tide 34 oz was bought. Only rec'd 30 oz. Suivatel bought was nearly 29 oz. Rec'd 25 oz. Staff apparently has no way to rectify this. Nor do they appear to care if corporate fixes it or is made aware of the problem. Manager had no good solutions either.

I was out of town and had a small emergency situation. The telehealth doctor sent the prescription to the wrong CVS. The pharmacy team did an amazing job at getting the prescription moved to their location and filled very quick. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for going above and beyond what you had to.

It took 2 employees to successfully get me checked out. A female tried to tell me I didn't have and CVS extracare bucs. She was wrong and more interested in checking out and going home.
