“This is the cleanest and best stocked Dollar Tree in Indy area. This was my first visit. The strip mall is not easy to get into. We had to drive around back to get in. The store seems newer and is huge. Seasonal displays were full. I was able to find craft items that I couldn't find at other Dollar Trees. They carry merchandise that is higher priced as well. They had a nice selection of kitchen and tableware. The staff is efficient and friendly. Check out was quick. I'll make the trip again. It was worth it.”
“So many ideas to do. It was a nice clean friendly store never been in this Dollar tree before and I really liked it. I got a few things there and not to mention a few Valentine things. Next time when I'm back in Danville I will visit. Dollar tree again.”
“Great store, friendly staff, and it's not cluttered with stiff all over the floors like most dollar trees near me. It's very clean. I live in Indianapolis and drive to the brownsburg location because of how nice the store looks and how friendly they are.”
“This store is well stocked, the shelves were fairly neat and there weren't any boxes blocking the aisles. This store is noticeably cleaner than the other Dollar Tree stores that I have shopped at. That's how you can tell that they have happy employees here! Also, the cashier was very pleasant and polite.”
“I was there yesterday and had a cart full, I mean over flowing the cart. I spent $248.00 in dollar general. The line was empty when I got to the register, I turn around and there's at least 4 people in line behind me. Across I'm like omg I'm so sorry y'all and I began rushing but the guy behind the register was so nice and patient with me, we also had a few good laughs about parents coming to visit. I wish I knew his name because good customer service is in short supply these days. Ty”

“Due to road construction, I hadn't passed along this area for awhile, but once the roundabout was opened, I learned that the new Dollar General was open. I decided to stop in and check it out. I'm not a frequent shopper at DG, but found it to be a nice store with many more options than I expected, including a nice variety of food and snacks. LaTisha helped me search for some items and I had an overall great experience. I plan to return on a more frequent basis. Thank you!”
“Love the vibes. I recently went there and I didn't have enough money for my snacks and the cashier was nice enough to pay for it. Also it is so organized and clean in there. Best dollar tree ❗”
“Awesome, honest, employee!!! I added cash back to my purchase and forgot the cash at the self checkout. Went back about 1hr later and the honest employee had put it away for me. There are still very good people in the world, thank you young lady!!!”
“Store is often understaffed. Employees are kept busy receiving orders, stocking orders. Returning items to their proper locations after customers decide they don't want it and randomly discard them anywhere but where they got them (not all, but more than enough to create chaos in an already chaotic atmosphere.) Lacking full time cashiers, impatient customers consider it an affront to have to wait for an employee, to stop stocking shelves, or helping other customers, to get to the cash register.
I hope this helps explain why there is sometimes no one at the register.
Cleaning, stocking, restocking, helping customers and keeping the store presentable takes time

“Good for a quick stop to pick up something small and don't have time to go into a larger store. Unfortunately sometimes there's only 1 register open and the wait takes as long so that can be frustrating!”
“My one stop shop for afternoon snacks on the way home from work. The selection of candy is amazing, and the clerk is always helpful. There is never a long line and the music is always up beat. The store is always organized and well stocked, and I've even found a few candles here that I come back to buy regularly!”
“This store is typically out of items other Dollar Trees have and so flipping busy the line(s) reach down the aisles no matter what time you stop in. BUT still really worth the visit because they always seem to have unique items I can't find at other Dollar Trees both in the $1.25 price point and the higher ones. And all the employees are nice even though crazy busy...they work fast to get people through the line(s). I like stopping in here. Its one of my regular go to Dollar Trees. You should stop in too and see what they have that you havent seen at the Dollar Tree near you.”

“Store needs a good cleaning. The stock is always there on the shelves and in good order. The prices are good the product is also good. The staff are nice and funny, they make you feel welcomed and like family. They do need new registers the ones they have keep crashing or gives them a lot of problems, especially when trying to use an EBT card or a debit card. I recommend shopping at this store it's a good value.”
“The first Dollar General I went to was temporarily closed.So I went to a different Dollar general and they had what I wanted, little clear baggies to put my earrings in to keep them organized. That's all I really wanted but I ended up also a pretty color t-shirt and a new purse.”
“Store structure and parking lot in need of great repairs. Staff always friendly even though in a run down area. Store offers a lot of grocery and household staples for people living nearby that can't travel to larger markets.”
“Not a bad place. Always a lot of clearance items. Right across from the liquor store thou and a very bad apartment complex behind it. My advice get in, get what you need, get out as fast as you can.”
“This store is under new management and you can tell! Cleaner store, product on shelves and great customer service. Huge difference! Still staffing issues since covid, but the new SM is handling it with finesse. There is still work to be done, but what a change already!”
