Went In yesterday on a Friday at 5pm. The gate was down & they were closed. The sign says they close at 6pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have one computer and one copy machine for rental use by the minute. You can send Fed Ex packages very easily here. My only suggestion would be to call first before you go. We had to wait an hour and a half for the staff member to return.

This center is always closed. Third time I’ve come to drop off packages and they’re not open. Really disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the time and head to the Plainfield location, they’re always open and friendly.

Really fantastic customer service with Adam! Ordered online (FedEx prices for printing postcards was cheapest among all the local printing options) and he especially called to make sure the edges of the print were cut to the border of the picture and he even coordinated a transfer of the order to the Plainfield FedEx so I could get the prints in time. Really impressed with their attention to detail and service!
