I went to the fifth third in Speedway, Indiana on Crawfordsville Rd. Danielle, the branch manager helped me. She was very rude and did not provide correct information. I spoke to Michelle at the Avon location and she provided AMAZING service. She was very friendly and gave complete and correct information.

I’m posting this as a courtesy to my employee. I am a manager at a global telecommunications company that employs over 400,000 employees in the United States alone. Our payroll is drawn on one of the largest banks in the world and naturally the United States. One of our new employees got her 1st paycheck as a live check while waiting for her Direct Deposit to go active with 5/3 bank.She has been banking with them since she was a teenager. She brought her payroll check to 5/3 to deposit into her account on Saturday January 22. She was told she could not have access to any of her funds until as late as January 31st. ! I promise you I am not making this up at all , really !Since I know she is not the type to review this “ banks” customer service, I felt compelled to do it on her behalf. ONE STAR FOLKS , ! You earned it !There are so many choices for banking these days, this bank should be your last choice.

Had a good review, decided to update. I make 75k and their are still times I need to overdraft. Very inconsistent with being approved. Changing banks soon, I need a bank I can count on and they know they are getting the money back in a few days when my check hits the account.

I went in this morning at 9:05 to withdraw money and I asked for large bills I ended up with $20 dollar bulls ......I given you one ⭐ so you know how to treats customers with respect and give them what they asked for......

Worst bank ever. I've been waiting for 30 mins and no one ever came to let me know that they were working on my deposit or to even say hello. I've been banking with 5/3 for 5 years. Worst service ever.

Understaffed at lunchtime when most people go. This is not my local branch and I was definitely treated differently than the “regularsâ€. I had to wait to see a banker for over an hour. And was never approached and told we will be with you soon or anything. Additionally I had a number of people get to “cut†in front of me. I seriously doubt they had appts as they were not announced as such. I only needed to complete a wire transfer of funds for a mortgage closing. I had all information ready. I usually recommend 53 to friends and family. NOT THIS BRANCH. Unless they know you and your local. If other branches are like this I will seriously consider moving my accounts and services elsewhere.
