service is not good i go and buy the game ps5 and i told the guy i need 3 remotes because i have 3 kids but he never said its just 2 players game … next day i went to the store to returned the game because it was not working with 3 remote and the person said he can’t return because its not a policy and i said ok relax we just asking and he said not he doesn’t want to and he said he will call to the police…. he doesn’t want to listen what i was saying .. I said can i talk to manager and he said he is the Manager.. so i don’t recommend to go to buy the stuff from game stop ..

For a “refurbished” controller (clearly thrown into a bag) it looks absolutely disgusting in person and clearly wasnt cleaned AT ALL. Got points? Doesn’t matter if you don’t have pro, place smelled horrible. Got tik Tok on you phone? Trade it in for more….really a new low for even GameStop.

Rob and Jarek went above and beyond helping me buy the new sonic 3 figures for my son for Christmas. They both called me to let me know they had the items and when I could come in and purchase. They were kind and friendly! Thank you both for saving me endless trips to many stores at Christmas!

Showed up at the store on a Saturday at 12 (lunch time) and back at 1pm. And they were closed both times. I had a very bummed kiddo that was excited to go in! Guess ill have to be driving out the way to go to brownsburg GameStop. That’s awful that they are always closed.

While the person I spoke with was nice, I was offered like $1/game for games that they sell of their site for $10+ each...I didn't appreciate that. I understand needing to make a profit, but not by hurting others. I didn't sell to them.

I walked in to have a quick browse, and the gal working the front desk asked what console I owned.
When I answered, she slapped a game on the counter based solely on the T-shirt I was wearing. Best customer service ever!
Pay her more money!
