My service consultant Brandon Carter did an excellent job. I went in for routine service and a multipoint inspection for my 2025 Honda Civic. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and it was completed quickly. They did not attempt to upsell me any unneeded items to pad their margins which I appreciated. They also honored the agreement I made when purchasing the car to receive a free oil change and tire rotation within the first year of owning the car.
Waiting area was extremely clean and well stocked with coffee and water which was really nice. I waited about an hour and a half for my cars service to complete and I was comfortable the whole time.
When I did get the car back I noticed the maintenance notification on my screen stating I needed service was not cleared. Not the end of the world though, I resolved it within 2 minutes myself.
Couldn't recommend Hare Honda enough, my experience with them from the service department to the sales and finance department has been extremely positive.

Traveling from Georgia to Indy and had an issue with key stuck in door on Honda Oddesey. Great service, got us in, repaired and back on the road.

My sunroof glass shattered/exploded while driving on the highway…came home shook up and called Hare Honda… was directed to the call center and was given an appt the very next morning and could drop it off within the hour… I also held while the woman I talked to obtained my quote..she told me the name of my “contact person” at the service Dept….my husband and I went to drop my car off at the service dept and one of the service staff checked in the car and asked if we had gotten a quote… I told him we had and when I told him the amount he proceeded to say” that doesn’t sound right, that’s way too low” but he would look into it with the contact person… we left but on the way home the “contact person called me in my cell saying he never gave us a quote … I explained the call center gave me his name… he proceeded to argue he doesn’t know why I got an appt so fast when it wasn’t secured if there was even replacement parts available or what the full cost would be!! And the price may not be accurate…. After simmering a minute I called the service dept to tell them I am coming to pick up my car until the real cost of this can be determined and when the parts are available…..I was not going to be stranded without a vehicle if it was just going to sit there waiting… upon returning to pick up my car, my”contact person” was there and said he was already checking for parts and verifying the cost. Apparently he was able to verify I had already arranged everything through the call center.(By now I had my meltdown in the service office over the unprofessional way I was treated,) I left the car because they assured me the part would arrive the next day ( it did take one day longer which was not an issue… however, I get a video the next morning of a complete look over of my car that I did not ask for requesting to perform TEN necessary issues with my car to the amount of over 800$! I declined only wanted my sunroof glass replaced…once they did get the replacement glass in and installed they called to tell me the sunroof will no longer tilt vent or open… and they can do 800$ labor to figure out why it won’t open or they can just keep it closed and I won’t be able to use it….I said absolutely not… leave it closed….less than one hour later I get another call… “oh , we got it to work, we used the air hose to blow out any remaining fragments and hey! It’s working now!!!!’…. There are so many things wrong with this entire experience… after I would have told them, yes, I’ll pay the labor charge for you to figure out why it won’t open, you would have taken my money, and used the air hose? I do not intend to utilize Hare Honda again and I will be sure everyone I know thinks twice about using your services as well…

Austin made the whole experience very easy. Knowledgable. No pressure at all. While the car for sale was being serviced, they let me look underneath it and also let me take it my own mechanic for inspection. I'll be back next time in shopping for a car.

Took my new CRV out to Hare Honda for a computer update! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Nelson. It took less than an hour and we were on our way! Great job!

Earlier this month (August 2024), I purchased a 2024 Accord Hybrid. We love the car, and were glad we bought in from Hare Honda. We had wonderful service from our salesperson, Jeffrey Grochowski and would recommend him. He is honest and helpful.

I came here to sell my car and possibly buy a vehicle they had on their lot. I sat down and immediatly explained to him my situation to not waste any of this time. I then tell him the offer i received for my vehicle. The salesman without even knowing what kind of car i drive says “What’s the car worth?” I tell him the offer i received again, and a picture of JD Powers value of the car. He says “i can put both hands over a fire and tell you they’re not giving you 30k for your car.” He looks up my cars value on KBB (not JD Power) and puts the condition as fair, again without ever looking at it! I got up and left. How rude and foolish to tell me my car isn’t worth what i was offered without even knowing the kind of car i drive. This salesman could’ve added a car to its lot and a sale but chose to be rude.
