Was in the bank for 10 min no one see me and i was here at 4:20pm and at 4:30 they said sorry we can't open your account as it takes 20 mins to open the account. Make no sense at all. They have no respect for the person who walked all the way from his home and just help the customer just to open an account....
M very, very disappointed at their service.
Please have some respect for the person who has come to your location ...

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that key bank is by far the worst bank ever. They lie to you straight to your face. I was promised a $200 welcome bonus by Brian since September, I never receive it until today which was supposed to be in the account after about 3 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK, THE AVON BRANCH IS THE WORST. I wish I could give them no start at all.

Used an Atm at the Kroger on Rockville Rd. It kept $60 of my withdrawal and after a good half hour on the phone with them, they disconnected me. Called them and was basically told that I was screwed out of my money. GODDAMN THIEVING CRIMINALS

My Wife & I opened checking & savings accounts here this weekend. When I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth and we are now happy Key Bank Account holders. Our appointment was lengthy due to some documents we needed notarized, but Rachel Fox & Grace Martin were very patient, helpful & friendly. They are great people and the kind that we like to do business with! Thank You! You are awesome!!
