I brought my 2017 mustang ecoboost to do some repairs. When i got it back I was blown away. They did a fantastic job. Natalie did a fantastic job of making sure it was flawless. I highly recommend this place to everyone that needs a great body repair shop.

I brought in my car to Kustom Kolors after it suffered significant damage to the rear right door and quarter panel—including some hidden damage behind the door panel that I initially missed. I worked closely with both my insurance provider and the team at the Avon shop to get an accurate quote, and left the car in their care. Although the repair took a bit longer than expected due to the additional damage that was uncovered, the end result was more than worth the wait. They did a superb job—the car looks exactly as it did before the accident. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend Kustom Kolors to anyone needing professional, high-quality body repair work.

Kustom Kolors Collision had forgot to reconnect my air intake, left a rubber seal hanging, left my driver side headlight out of alignment, and did a poor job in repainting my front bumper. Proper paint adhesion is not present because they didn’t bother to prime the bumper. Do NOT take your vehicle here if you want to be satisfied after spending thousands on a repair; it is astonishing how incompetent this shop really is.

Natalie was awesome she worked with on the price and got it done in record time. got my hood paint matched for my 71 chevelle and it came out perfect the lines everything was symmetrical and the paint matched perfectly. Will be coming back. Love this place thank you guy’s again for working with me and turning out such a great product

They did a terrible job putting the car back together after the repairs. We went back with 6 issues. The grill was put on wrong, and they ignored A connector that was obviously damaged. The inside fender well needed to be installed correctly. Both headlights were loose because they forgot to put the bolts back in them. I won't go back there again. It looked like a kindergartner put it back together. They damaged the new bumper and paint when they mis-installed the grill. They did not even touch that up, they just left it. I feel they just did not pay great attention to details or my repairs.

In Jan 2024 I had a little problem with my 2000 HD Road King. The bike was accidentally dropped and one of the saddlebags was damaged. Fiberglass broken and a 20-year-old custom paint with hand pin striping was heavily chipped and scratched. Instant depression. In Feb 2024 I visited eight different auto body shops on the west side of Indianapolis and suburbs. Seven of the shop comments ranged from "we don't repair fiberglass...", "the job is too small...", "we don't have the time..." or some variation of the three responses. The eighth place I visited was Kustom Kolors. Natalee Walker at KK looked at the damage and commented "no problem, this looks like fun for my guys..." It took some time, but the results were fantastic. There must be some deep experience at that shop. The new paint on the saddlebag looks exactly like the 20-year-old paint on the remainder of the bike. No hue differences or clear coat shadowing. They borrowed my unbroken saddlebag for a pin striping reference template and the striping results on the repaired bag were absolutely a mirror of the unbroken bag. My thanks to Natalee and the team at KK for a very professional job and taking time to work a "small job". In Apr 2024 my initial depression has turned into relief. It's warm outside and I'm riding again with a whole bike.

GREAT OPERATION - I would give them 10 Stars out of 5 if possible. I had a hood latch that was causing the hood to only pop on one side, making it impossible to open and close correctly. The car was recently painted, so most were hesitant to touch the vehicle in any way. I was able to pull up without an appointment, and have them stop what they were doing and come out and rectify the issue within 20 minutes. This kind of service does not exist for the most part anymore. Natalie and Johnny could not have been any better. I would recommend them to anyone that has any body work or paint work that needs completed. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Overall, they could not have been any better to deal with!!!

I needed some extra paint work done on my crash helmet, and was "led" to Kustom Kolors. Natalee understood exactly what I needed, gave me the cost, and I left my helmet in her capable hands. I hope to pick up my completed helmet tomorrow, 4-17-24. Natalee was, IS a pleasure to deal with(bad English, but...)!
