What I appreciate most is how responsive and supportive he is. Whether I have a quick question, need to update something on my policy, or am dealing with a stressful situation, Tom is always there to help and make the process easy. He recently assisted me with a claim, and he checked in throughout the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly.
