ok so i used the mens restroom to go poop, and the sensor to make it flush, flushed while I was pooping and I got sprayed all over the side of my body from head to toe, it scared me, but most of all i don't know if it was clean or dirty water. after drying myself off I went and told the manager, all of his sorry's doesn't help with the trama of getting scared and pissing me off!I can guarantee that I will post your poorly apology on all my social media and other internet PLATFORMS. trust me I have already contacted the BBB on your stores specific location

This is a long review, but please read it to the end. It builds up to just how much Lowes truly disregards their customers. I ordered a refrigerator from Lowes in Avon Indiana and the installation delivery was scheduled for 9/4/23 between 10:30am-2:30pm. I take the day off work and I wait and wait, and wait. At 8:45pm Lowes finally calls to report they won't be delivering due to a damaged refrigerator. The refrigerator is now out of stock, so I wait until 9/20/2023 for the next delivery. The delivery is scheduled between 7:30am-11:30am, so I take another day off work. At 8:15am I get a call from the delivery driver, who can barely speak English, that he is 20 minutes away. I get another call from the driver at 8:45am saying he's at the door waiting for me to answer. I go to the door, then I step outside to the driveway and see no one, so I tell the driver he is at the wrong house. I start to give him directions, he interrupts me and tells me to wait a minute, then he hangs up and I never hear from him again. I start to call Lowes at 1pm to find out whats going on. It takes almost 2 hours to finally get to to the right dept to get the right person to get an answer of what is happening with my delivery. It turns out the driver made a note, in Spanish that no one could read, that he attempted to deliver, but the homeowner wasn't home. Well that wasn't true, I was home all day. Lowes schedules a third delivery for 9/24/23 between 8am-12pm. Finally its actually delivered at around 9:30am, however all the refrigerator installation services that are promised to their customers never happened. They rolled the frig in, plugged it in, instructed me to wait two hours, took a picture of the refrigerator, then unplugged it and left. They did not attach the handles, they did not attach the water hose, they did not take the plastic off, they did not level it, they did not give directions/demonstration about how to use it, and they never did explain what "wait two hours" even meant. Due to the language barrier, it was very difficult to communicate to the delivery men. Lucky for me I know how to do all the installation services myself, so I take care if it on my own. I did call customer service to report the failed delivery services, Lowes apologized, stating they would note this and deal with it internally. I am just so glad this ordeal is over, but I do promise myself that I will never order another appliance from them again and I pray I will never need a repair on this refrigerator. Customer service then surprises me stating they will issue a 10% refund. That sounded great until today 9/27/23 when I receive my 10% "appeasement" refund in the form of a Lowes gift card. That gift card is NOT a refund in any way, shape, or form. It's the sour cherry to this entire purchase. This gift card just goes to show me exactly how Lowes views their customers as a bunch of idiots. I will NEVER purchase from.Lowes again. I will go to Home Depot before I ever step foot into another Lowes.
