My husband and I were greatly impressed with the sales person at Mattress Firm in Avon, Indiana, Emerson. He was so knowledgeable about mattresses and what type of mattress would work well for side sleepers. He didn’t pressure us to buy any particular mattress, but to “listen” to our bodies on what was best for us! Thank you so much for making this experience stress free and actually enjoyable for us! ?

We came in today looking for a new mattress and box spring. We were greeted by Cole who was the sweetest and most helpful person! He helped us pick out a comfy and affordable mattress, then told us about a sale with a new adjustable base! We left super happy and excited. Easiest and fastest mattress trip ever!

Looking for mattress for granddaughter was very successful trip. Bought new mattress and didn't need to shop around. Price was good and affordable, salesman very polite and helpful in helping with my purchase.

Desmond was THE BEST! He found us the perfect bed and spent 4-5 hours with us explaining everything on the way. He was so patient and knowledgeable about anything and everything in the store. I highly recommend him! HIGHLY recommend him. He got us the best deal we have ever had when buying a bed. We are so satisfied with our experience.

I think the gentlemans name was Desmond and he answered all our questions and our purchase was smooth. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Was told I could pick up mattresstoday at the store. Mattress was not delivered at the store. Did not get mattress when told I would get it. Do better with your customer service.
