The employees in menards are very helpful in my request for having a battery warranted. The counter person was able to process my request with ease and speed that I didn't expect. Typically something that I expect from menards.And they delivered.

I went here with my service dog and wife and my friend and we got accused of stealing And saying that my dog pooped on the floor when we know she didn’t because she does not walk and poop and she did not stop at all and she was with me at all times, so do not go here unless you want to get accused of stealing

Purchased everything needed for our guest bathroom remodel online. Within minutes of arriving it was outside and ready to go on the trailer. The gentleman driving the forklift was super helpful and getting it loaded up. Overall great experience

This is not the typical home improvement store review. We love Menards for many things, one of them, of course, the selection for home improvement projects. But did you know they have excellent dog treats? My dog loves these bones! They are a must buy every time we are at Menards. Check out the dog treats! But don’t buy all of them! Save some for us! ?

Store employee cursing a disabled vet and his wife in parking lot:I have been going to this store for many years. I am a disabled vet so when there is a handicap spot, I do use it, I attempted to pull in the handicap spot and an older man in a car, blew his horn at me and stuck his middle finger up at me, and telling me to F off he finally pulled around me and parked at the end of the parking lot, as he was walking past our car and into the store i said to him are are you a Christian? Do you go to church? He said f no and continued to tell me to F off and f you, he walked into Menards in Avon, we went on into the store and what did we see the same man working behind the paint desk , any man that would use suchLanguageAnd especially in the presence of my wife should be In jail,I called the store manager while he was apologetic he never asked for my phone number to follow up he also seemed to be more interested in talking to someone while he was on the phone to me than dealing with the incident.We are not comfortable with going back there, I will post this incident on Facebook as well and YouTube we vets must stand together do not go there if you are a vet or disabled, if we do not stand for each other who will.

We found what we were looking for, we were asked if we needed any help while in that department. Check out was easy with no line. We got the receipt for the 11% rebate. The seasonal section is always fantastic. They also have a great outdoor furniture selection.

I rented a post hole digger for a fence job. I rented it for $6.00 for four hours and $.50 for each additional hour. I paid in advance to extend my time to 5pm. I returned the post hole digger and was charged a 20.00 fee to clean it because there was some dirt on it. There was nothing on the contract that says you have to clean the tools but then to add a 20.00 for cleaning off dirt is beyond me. None of the tools are new that they rent out. I will be definitely reaching out to corporate and taking my money and advertising to others to spend your money at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

The ONLY place I go for home improvement. The interior is a bit dated, but the selection, prices, and rebates cannot be beat. When no one else has it, Menards always does.
