Received multiple emails , phone calls stating account still open and money owed
Been ongoing for 3 weeks
Will not use them again

I was very impressed with the customer service I have received with at Avon location.
Mr Randall helped me get in the right size unit, when me original unit was too small.. He went far and beyond to satisfy the customer.

I had rented my storage unit online and when I went into location #706 in Avon, IN I wa so impressed with the customer service. The manager was beyond helpful with making sure I knew all the information. I was even able to purchase my lock there since I purchased the wrong kind originally. I am so happy I chose to rent a storage unit here and feel very lucky to have such helpful staff.

We really luck out in finding this place! Antje, was very welcoming and helped every step of the way. She explained everything in detail, seemed like we were talking with an old friend. The space is perfect, just what we needed and the pricing is within our budget. Thumbs up!!
