The staff is super helpful, providing assistance for those who need it. Pricing is comparable to chain stores, making it a first stop for many pet needs.
Used the DIY dog wash. The set up is convenient and easy to use, with all the supplies, hooks and even waterproof aprons at the ready. The staff does need to bring you towels and a quick tutorial. The best part for me was no bending over a tub or messy water cleanup.
