I ordered two drinks today, theywere so awful we took one sip and tossed them in the trash. The person today is not the only one who works there that can’t make drinks. The last one that made drinks for us on 6/17 were bad too, of course she got the order wrong. We were able to choke down those drinks, so I was avoiding her and saw someone new today. I thought I was in luck. Today was the worst. I bet sales are down at this location and now you know why.

It says on the website and on the display case by your register that you're open until 9pm and i walked all the way in the store just for you to say you were closed when I could see you were still making other people's drinks. If you close at a certain time then update it on Google and anywhere that it's posted you're open until 9. I drove from far away to this Starbucks because the others were closed.

Very rude staff. I got a venti strawberry açaí refresher since it was 50% off Tuesday and I showed them the app coupon and they said in a very rude tone that they don’t need to see the coupon and they already add it automatically even though I’ve went to a Starbucks down the road where we had to show them the coupon. They continued to laugh about it while making the drinks.

If I were a corporate member of their store operations staff, I would be embarrassed to have this location associated with the Starbucks brand name. I've patronized this location many times in the past solely for its convenience. But my experience there always seems to be the same. Two or three young, indifferent and lethargic so-called "baristas" that are far more preoccupied with focusing on themselves, each other, their cell phones and social media than devoting their attention solely to their customers needs and making their buying experience a pleasant one. During periods of idleness when there are no customers in line, these "baristas" are right back to their cell phones and social media while the kiosk's trash receptacles need emptying and the condiment counter (napkins, sweeteners, stir sticks, etc.) is strewn with trash, crumbs and drying, sticky liquids. This location's only saving grace is that it beats the long line always present in the drive-through of their Starbucks location down the street. But if the highly visible condiment counter on the outside of the kiosk is always such a mess, it can't help but make one wonder what kind of cleanliness standard is being maintained on the inside of the kiosk were product is prepared.

People writing bad reviews obviously do not realize how busy this place is or that they do not control the hours they are open. Not their fault.They are always so nice to me. Have been for past year and a half since I moved here.

Over the vast of 3 years that I've lived in Avon, I used to love this store because the crew was nice to make drinks correctly, flavorful, and on point, but here as of late, and with especially COVID happening, this location always randomly closes early one day then open a full day the next day, with hours changing weekly, and not even posted at times. And, on top of that, there has been particularly, what I am assuming, the manager acting very hostile about if you don't say the correct names of the drinks correctly. That was very annoying to me and very unprofessional! It was actually quite rude, which made me feel uncomfortable in the first place. And, the Vanilla Sweet Creme Cold Brew should always have the sweet creme cold foam on top of it. Period! It shows it that way on the picture! How lame can you be, especially with charging extra for no reason when it comes on the drink anyways? And also, can someone tell her stop having a snooty look and attitude when she make drinks for us or anybody else or I will report this further and you won't like the outcome. And can you be any slower? She needs to need to be fired! People have places to go and people to see and things to do. Can I ask why she is so slow and stirring drinks why she get so distracted too easily? I can run 100 circles around her before she's done! Please And Thank You for the love of the rest of the town of Avon!

I like coming to this particular Starbucks, located within Kroger, because most times the line is short which makes grabbing my coffee (or whatever beverage I'm feeling that day) quick and easy. There is no drive-thru which to me is not really an issue. I wish this location was available in the Starbucks app because I am a huge fan of placing orders via mobile/online because of the convenience, but I'm guessing that's a corporate decision so I can't fault the store. The staff is always super friendly and chatty and will make sure your order is always correct. And obviously it will always be delicious because Starbucks gonna Starbucks. ☕

Ordered a Chai Latte at the location. This is the same drink I have ordered for the last 20 years. I always ask for it with no foam. Often the drink has some foam anyway and I simply ask for the foam to be scooped off and that request is always accommodated with a smile.NOT TODAY AT THIS LOCATION.I was told there was no foam. (I watched her make it a saw there was foam.) She begrudgingly scooped off the foam leaving some room for it to be topped off. When I asked for it to be topped off, I was told no. The young woman said that there was supposed to be that much room. Again, I have been ordering this drink not only this way but also all over the country for decades. This is the first time I have ever received a refusal. In fact when I took exception to her response, I was given a "you have a nice day" response. I told her I was not happy and again, I got the "have a nice day". No apology, no offer to make again. Mind you this location inside the Kroger was not busy. I was the only customer. I told her I would never be back and that got no response from her or either of the other 2 employees. I assume one of them was the mgr. and not her. Regardless I walked away fuming and determined to not go that Starbucks ever again, not sure if it's time to find another vendor. This experience has really changed my opinion of this franchise.
