Every time I go through the drive-thru they're Rude as all get out. They're always out of something or another so it seems. I'm not even asking for top-notch service,I know what to expect when going through a drive-thru, but I would at least like mediocre service. I am tattoo artist in Brownsburg and my wife is a bartender at a prominent Winery, so we believe in treating our food service industry people alright. But they seem to do everything to push against the grain.Thanks again Taco Bell for doing the bare minimum!!! Avon across form Kroger!!

I tried to order the free breakfast taco on their mobil app for an hour and kept getting OH NO. Which is their error code. The app then charged me for the free taco. When I went to pick it up, the manager came to the window to help me, he promised me a free taco if I would pull around . When I pulled around, he said that he had changed his mind, I could not get an additional taco and I HAD to leave. What? I was afraid to even eat what I had. My prayers go out to this store, as this was only one of several unpleasant encounters from this same store.

Order was incomplete. I went all the way to work and had to come back to pick up the sauces. While I was there, I ordered a drink fully expecting to pay for it, but the employee said it was on the house. Nice surprise but the manager came up and told him no. I had no problem paying for it since I ordered it, but that's bad business to comp it and then take it back.

If Taco Bell is working to discontinue counter service in their restaurants in favor of forcing their dining room patrons to order their food from an electronic kiosk, then why in the name of common sense don't they display a sign to the effect on the counter? Patrons are conditioned to ordering food at the service counter. Nonetheless, on countless occasions I've seen individuals stand in line at the service counter waiting for someone to take their order, only to instead be completely ignored by restaurant staff. If they are lucky enough to finally get a staff member's attention, the staff member then simply redirects them to the kiosk. A sound way to continually develop customer loyalty, eh?
