The Starbucks barista was rude and refused to remake my drink when I asked, the drink was 75 percent cold foam and 25% actual drink, my pink drink was white- there was hardly any flavor or strawberry base in it

Literally followed by the loss prevention guy every single time I go in here. This is my local store so the fact that I am uncomfortable in this location makes me shop elsewhere.

5 stars solely because of a wonderful Pickup employee named Kelsey. I’ve been picking up orders from this Target for a few years now and she has been incredible with every interaction. Kelsey is endlessly courteous and kind, always wearing a smile, and never fails to dispense speedy service. She always makes quick work of any problems that arise, and I know when I see her that any issues will be dealt with efficiently.

Kelsey in the Drive Up/Pickup department is absolutely incredible. She’s so sweet and helpful and always a joy to be around.

Customer service here sucks. I am not sure what his name is but he was working self checkout today and as I was leaving he ignored me, fine whatever, but the man right behind me (a Caucasian male) he made sure to speak to and tell have a nice day. Like if you're going to ignore customers ignore everyone but clearly he ignore me because I'm black. I hate coming in this target and only do because of DoorDash. I'm thinking about blocking this store so I don't have to come

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a store in a VERY long time, possibly ever.
I’m a single mom on a budget and came here on my way home to get some groceries & diapers/wipes etc for my daughter. I read online that target accepts WIC.
My card declined at self checkout. The older, bigger white man was extremely rude, looked me up & down & said “We don’t take WIC. you look like you belong at walmart anyway.” He needs to be fired. Terrible customer service & if i could leave zero stars I would. I left in tears due to how embarrassing the situation was.

I went to get a sale on ice cream for my sister, there were none left on the shelves so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask if they had any left in boxes or something. A fantastic associate named Jonathan was super helpful and was able to find me 4 boxes! He was very friendly and guest oriented, he stopped what he was doing to help me and I really appreciated it!

I was racially profiled by a woman working in self-checkout. I’ve been to many targets and have NEVER had such a gross experience like this in my life…at any store.

I usually don't leave reviews but thanks to Lariyah she made my experience great at this location she had great customer service was super understanding and very patient that girl seriously needs a raise!!
