Haley literally changed my life from paying high interest rates to now saving about then 70%. From the moment I got in till the last day we signed and made these payments she was always very kind, patient, and most importantly putting my problems first. Every time I emailed her she responded to that email in a very timely manner. I appreciate what Haley did for me and my family.

I been a member for 8 years. I’ve been dealing with trying to get a home equity loan and the communication has been ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. (Only 1 person who handles these in the bank) This has not been handled very professionally and I am about to start talking to people higher up to get something done about this. I’m not happy and I hope they read this and take it seriously.

I had an issue with a package that was labeled as stolen or misplaced and mrs baily was able to help me with this issue and more issues that I had with my everwise app. I appreciate this company and how she was able to help me!
