Very poor customer service. I went to just cash a check was told to have a seat. Nobody was there at the counter, and the lady sat behind the glass, talking about Walmart and where she used to work at very disturbing.

My in-person customer service experience to open a new account was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance with a dismissive attitude. It created a negative atmosphere, leaving me questioning the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. A customer came in after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and said she was pressed for time, she was seen before myself and another member who had also been waiting. I'm sorry but we are all pressed for time these days and should not change the way you approach your members and possible future members. I will not take my business to an establishment who treats people this way! Do yourself a favor and try a different CU! I Decided to open an account with Indiana Members Credit Union!

Overall, it's not a bad bank. But, they've made a lot of bad decisions for customers. I've been a member since '92. I'm still a customer, but it's not as good as it once was ...

They are to alert me when my balance gets to a certain dollar amount. They have yet to do that!!!

I would give them a zero rating if I could. My wife couldn't withdraw money (on the "shared credit union") slip that she was on the account. They told us it was our credit union's problem. We said we'll try Forum CU down the road, and manager from Teachers CU said "they have the same system....it won't matter". We went to Forum CU....and she had a perfectly transacted withdrawal with no issues. Went back to Teachers CU to let them know.....and they didn't believe her. Stay away from Teachers CU. They blame everyone for their problems.

I came in to open a new checking account, as my other one has one of my family members name under it that I am no longer on good terms with. I needed an account with out their name on it as it was put there when I was young. I like the credit unions and just moved from Ohio back to Indiana and TCU seem to have the most locations. I walked in and was greeted and was told someone will be with me shortly. I was then greeted by Ms. Katy Clark, Who was WONDERFUL. I explained to her my situation and what I needed to do and she told me about her situation which is very similar to mine. She was very kind, helping me get my account as well as answering any and all questions that I had. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My whole experience with Katy and TCU was wonderful!

No one answers calls. App is not updated and slow. Real time money is never reflected and no one cares

Make sure you are ready to sit in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time and definitely do not choose the outside lane. I watched them help 4-5 cars that pulled up after me in the inside 2 lanes before I had to just give up and leave. Pressed the call button multiple times and waited patiently as they ignored me and the other customer behind me. I have never had a good experience at this branch within the past year working with them. If I could make my loan payments anywhere else trust me I would!

You need to set aside 2 hours to go to this bank. They are closed for inside service. They only have one person working drive-through. I hate coming here. Line around the building.
