I arrived prior to opening on a Sunday but the manager happened to be there and took my car, I needed a flat repair and was going somewhere. Once I was finished, the repair had been completed.

My experience was not good, I received tires that were not rated correctly for my car and then the manager was not very customer friendly about fixing the mistake, although other employees were helpful. I will never return to Tire Barn in Avon.

Only problem I have is the girl working the front counter had change tires and wait on people at counter so it took longer than it should have. Need to hire more people

Called them late afternoon on a Sunday and they were able to get my tire puncture repaired within the hour. Exceeded my expectations by far! Thank you for getting me back in the road so quickly.

I wish I didn't have to given this rate a negative star review!! Brandon told me that I had to buy a new tire when I only needed to have my tire plugged. I went to a different tire store and was told that fixing my tire was 100% fixable with a plug and was up to DOT standards. I had purchased my tire in December of 2021 and it is only March. I paid for 4 new tires and I admit that I was told to purchase a new tire for more money than I did in December and he was giving me a $50 discount??? I recommend driving past this place as fast as possible!! Liers!! Crooks!!!
Update: I bought another tire due to what I was told was damage I caused from driving on a flat tire, I never did drive on my tire flat! So, I was stuck and $150 dollars later new tire and leave. Friday 11-6-25 I have another flat on same tire I just purchased. They told me that the tire had a side wall patch on my new tire🤦♀️🤷♀️🤬 I am so beyond angry!! I didn't have this done, so on their own omission, sold me a patched tire with me thinking I purchased a new tire. RUN FAST PAST THIS PLACE!!! LIARS AND CROOKS!!!

Been here many times and service seems to be going down. Made an appointment for a service. Got there on time and after waiting for over an hour, my car had not moved from where I parked it. I got my key and left.
If I had just walked in I could have understood. If I book an appointment, I expect you to actually intend to do the work at that time otherwise it’s just wasting my time.
Note: there was a guy that got there at same time for oil change. He was still there when I left.
