I recently had a need for poster boards (18 inches x 24 inches) from photographs. My previous experience with dealing with the UPS store in Avon has always been excellent. My current experience has been no exception. Brittney the store manager was very helpful and expedited the posters for me.

Been there a few times dropping off packages and returns. The staff is very friendly and helpful but 10 dollars for a box I bought there. Bring your own box lol.

I am a frequent customer of this UPS Store. However, the last several times I have come in-It is a different atmosphere. The workers seem to be stressed and a little bit angry. They are throwing Amazon returns in boxes and stating their frustrations with the costumers. Also, very short with the customers, like we are a bother. I brought in a hefty return, which happened to be an expensive part from our boat. It said fragile all over the box and the lady behind the counter literally just dropped it on the floor. I said oh no, that's supposed to be fragile and she didn't seem bothered by that at all. I want to like this store, as you get a lot of our business and we hold a mailbox here; but again the atmosphere has gone downhill the last three or four months. It's almost like the morale is low. That the employees don't like to work here. I'm not sure what it is. But I miss my old UPS Store.

Such rude people working there they don’t know how to talk to people. The item that can be shipped only $40 the lady told me $216 I will never go there again.

I tried to send a trade-in device through this store but was told there would be a fee to package it. However, Spectrum clearly stated in their email that packaging at The UPS Store would be free. I asked two employees to confirm whether the email was incorrect and whether I would still be charged. Both said yes, so I ended up packing the device myself. Interestingly, my friend recently completed his Spectrum trade-in and had it packaged for free. Please ensure your employees are properly informed about Spectrum's trade-in process.

We needed professional quality art prints for an upcoming show - fast! UPS was already recommended by a friend, but the Avon team was particularly great. Brittany and the team were courteous and patient, and it was extremely helpful to us since we had no idea what we were doing. Brittany was able to trobleshoot any printing errors on my behalf with ease. They went above and beyond to get us our prints out immediately and at an affordable cost - even for we poor artists! They have our future business! 💯

The store is always pretty busy but the employees do their jobs quickly. I appreciate when they noticed once time that my package was too heavy for me and one of the men working came from behind the counter to help me. Store 4266 is always clean, and the people are very friendly. I like this store much more than the one I had to use in Noblesville, IN when I lived there.

This store doesn't have a manager on staff in the evening while they are still open to help with issues. They expect you to call off work and match their managers schedule instead of having appropriate staff. This store causes issues and can't fix them.

Had a horrible experience with Tyler the manager at the Rockville Rd location and came to this location instead. The folks here were friendly, competent, and speedy. I was shipping a box to be charged to a corporate account. Had me in and out in under five minutes. Highly recommend. Definitely choose this location over the Rockville Rd location ten mins down the road
