I continue to find items no longer being carried and empty store shelves. For example Tabasco hot sauce, they only carry one kind, but Tabasco makes a green sauce, a smoky, chipotle sauce. None of these are carried. They carry a variety of Cholula sauces. There were several other things I need that are not carried. I'm always having to go to Meijer after going to Walmart to get the things that Walmart doesn't carry. I wish they would stock the shelves more and quit eliminating popular items.

All though Avon was a clean store. My personal opinion of working there was not good. The pay was not great and there's a lot of favoritism on a positive note I did meet some very sweet people while working there. I will continue to shop there.

On December 18th I ordered a gaming chair from Walmart 3rd party company the chair was delivered to someone else at a different address which is not mine I made Walmart aware of this and they still refuse to give me my money backOn December 18th I ordered a gaming chair from Walmart 3rd party company the chair was delivered to someone else at a different address which is not mine I made Walmart aware of this and they still refuse to give me my money back They told me that someone would contact me from the company or from Walmart 48 hours after it didn't show up which no one did not from Walmart nor the company I think Walmart uses fraudulent company I think Walmart uses fraudulent companies on their website and then don't want to give back the money that you know people pay for things this is a bad business deal and this is not the 1st time this has happened to me but it will be the last time it happens to me their customer service cannot other people are very useless they cannot do anything for you I've been at this since December 20th and now here we are almost you know a whole week later All I want is for people to know the No the store and their customer service is a useless entity hopefully I will get my money back at some point maybe next year or the year after I will never order anything else from Walmart or shop in their stor now just thought people should know about what goes on at their customereservice station

The pick up service is horrendous. You can't even get through on the phone line to tell them you've arrived. Minimum wait time of 45 minutes

It's Walmart!! I believe I left a bag there. Called to try and verify and no one picked up. Really upsetting that you can't get a customer service rep!!

Don't bother with pickup. It would faster just to go in and do your shopping. Been sitting here for 45 minutes with a crying infant in the back seat. I thought pickup was supposed to be fast.

Ordered some stuff to be delivered the next day and here I am waiting for said order. The driver has been in the same place for over 3 hours now on the tracker. I tried to call the driver and it doesn't even ring,just ends the call. I called the store and they hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone,stay far away if you expect to actually get something for your money.

So where do I start?! I placed a delivery order from Walmart I'm Avon to be delivered last night between 7-8pm. The ordered showed delayed and then finally was delivered at 8:45pm. Unfortunately it was not my order!! I was never able to get a hold of anyone at the Avon walmart as the phone rang and then hung up. I canceled my order and received a refund. I decided to try and order one more time tonight, same order, same delivery time. Guess what, the ordered showed delayed! Tried to call the stores and no answer! I had to cancel the order again! You might want to pass on Walmart food delivery and try some place else. Poor customer service and no follow up from Walmart. Just a quick update. After not getting our food order last night, we decided to cancel and go shopping tomorrow. Well.... This morning I receive a text message saying our Walmart order was out for delivery! No one is home and it's only 12 hours late!

It's Walmart so what else is there to say. They have a decent selection of ethnic hair products though they don't always have the brands that I prefer. They carry the Terra & Sky line of clothing which is fast becoming one of my favorites.

Pulled up to the Auto Center at 7am (note, they opened at 6am) to get an oil change and tire rotation on my wife's car. Lights were on, but no one in sight. Walked in and the manager told me none of her Technicians had shown up to work this morning if I'd be patient she "hoped" someone would show up! I waited about 10 more minutes before finally an unmotivated technician walked up from the parking lot to ask how they could help me. I told him what I needed and he replied, "tire rotations are by appointment only and we are all booked up for the day! You'll have to wait 30 more minutes until I get everything started up for the oil change." I pulled off and went to the Walmart in Brownsburg and was able to get both an oil change and tire rotation immediately.

I stopped into the Avon Walmart while I was in the area. This Walmart is one of the bigger Walmart's I've been in. I believe it is probably the cleanest and most organized. I was primarily looking for some ladies tee shirts in sizes and colors I couldn't find in some other stores. I found everything I was looking for and more. They even carry a higher end Women's clothing line I haven't seen in any other stores. I was also able to find some skincare products that were sold at other stores. I started my visit with a return in customer service and was treated very courteously and expeditiously. I will definitely make it a point to visit this store whenever I'm in the area.

I arrived at the Wal-Mart in Avon to pick up a layaway order. Went back to layaway and a very nice young man told me Layaway did not open until 10:00. (Nowhere on my receipt does it say that.) Went and picked up a few things and came back to Layaway. First in line, had my receipt and debit card ready. Paid for my tv.....and waited. The young lady who was at the register was very nice. Not the problem. Waited till 11:00 for someone to find my tv. A 50" tv should not be that difficult to locate. And apparently it was where it was supposed to be. To say the least it was a frustrating situation. No manager back there. No one getting their layaway items. Very poorly run. Will never go back to that store again.

I had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. to have four tires put on, that ordered online. They didn't get me in until after 5:30 p.m. and then of course they are closing at 6:00pm and instead of posting their operating hours outside the door, which clearly said they closed at 7:00pm and on the website it says that they close at 8:00pm. The guy that came out to get my car, I was waiting in it, didn't have on gloves and didn't have on a face mask, they did not put plastic on the seat or plastic on the steering wheel or paper mats on the floor or whatever they are supposed to use! Really disappointed in the service that I received and the attitude of the employees and the manager, that decided to bring me a $50 gift card, for them taking so long to get me in. I called at least 15 times before I got there to make sure someone was there, no one answered the phone and when someone didn't answer the phone, I called the main store number instead of the automotive number and the manager answered and put me on hold for 15 minutes and never did get back to me, by the time I got to the store, there was a line in automotive to check out, people with in store items, not people picking up their cars. When I said I was there to get tires put on, that was shipped there! I was dismissed like I didn't matter.

I'd say about 50% of people were wearing masks, but probably hard to enforce when staff isn't wearing theirs.
