I just don’t think it’s right I saw this at my local Walmart in Avon the product was right next to each other and of course i got charged the higher price at the register ! I go to Walmart to save money but this isn’t saving it’s ripping people off and it’s not right ! Two apple juices same size ,same product, 1.00 difference !!!

I purchased a few No Boundaries shirts for the first time. Went to return them after i took off the tags, and Kathy at the customer service desk gave me lip about returning items without tags. She was visibly upset about having to help me with this transaction. I wish her all the best, but i won’t be back.

I had a bad experience with the young lady in the bakery, she did not have on a name tag or her vest,and she was very unprofessional.It was Labor Day and I got to the bakery at 3:40 to order my son cupcakes for his birthday, the girl told me she stopped taking orders at 3 pm cause she goes home at 4 pm. There was no sign stating they stop taking orders at 3:00pm while the bakery was open . She told me I can go home and place the order online. I asked her politely to do my order or get a manager. She said in a very rude tone " I have a family and it's Labor Day and I need to get home to my family" Asha came over who was team lead and said well she has a ride, we are short staffed, just making a ton of excuses.As a customer if I walk in the store and it's open for business, I should have been helped. It's not my business to know the employees personal business. The girl working needs to find a job that has holidays off. I stood there for 25 minutes of hearing all these excuses that don't have nothing to do with me. Finally Asha asked her to take my order, that was completed in two minutes. All of this could have been avoided, complete the order and leave on time. Customer service now days is just horrible, people are unhappy and only at they job to get paid.

Staff is eager to help. They had extra help come up to run the cash registers when the line got a few people in them. The shelves were stocked well. They also had a large amount of clearance items in the clothing section.

I am appalled and sick to my stomach by what has happened today with an online order I placed with Walmart. Do Not Use their online platform! I can't be the only one who has had multiple issues, right?I'll try and shorten this up as much as possible. Wednesday evening I placed an online order to be picked up at the Walmart in Avon, Indiana. The pickup window was 12pm-1pm Thursday afternoon. My wife shows up at noon to get the order. Before she opens the app a young man asks for the order info or code. He says he isn't showing anything. She pulls up the app to give him the info and it now says, order status-delayed. He comes back says the same thing but " it shouldn't take more than and hour".Boo, but ok fine. Her and my 4 year old son sit there until 2:30 pm. Until it's time to go get our older son from school. I immediately became irritated and reached out to someone on the app to voice my complaint and try to get the issue resolved.I was told "we're so sorry, they are short staffed and have an influx of orders. We will reach out to the store and expedite your order. Here's a $10 coupon for your next online order" Great, as long as I can pick it up by 4 no worries. Well then 4 rolls around then 5 and the app still says delayed. I have a whole family to feed. So we get in the car and drive back up there. Pull up to the pickup area and wait another hour just to be told it says "delayed indefinitely".I'm gonna pause here to say I have missed a lot of work due to some health issues. We payed a few bills and spent the rest of my check on this order. We are broke until next week. If I cancel the order we are looking at 7-10days before I get a refund. I can't wait 7 days. I have a house to feed.So we go inside to talk to someone. After another 30 min or so I get a nice young man who does some digging. He tells me their system went down and it messed everything up. My order had been cancelled. Mind you my app still says delayed. He takes my phone and takes pics of my order info and asks us to give him 5 min. To look into it further. I am now standing in Walmart at 7 pm crying because how am I gonna feed my family this week. After another 30 min he comes back with a young lady who says there's nothing they can do it's my bank. I have to cancel the order on my end to get a refund. I'm now sobbing and explain there has to be a resolve and she looks me right in the face and says "no there is not".Then says we'll maybe I can do a gift card let me call someone. She reaches out to someone on the phone and they tell her no. She gets off the phone looks at me and tells me so. So it's not that your short staffed, or that your system messed it up, now it's my bank?? Why was the order not cancelled on my end? Why did it take a message to customer service 3 managers, 2 phone calls and 6 or more hours and 3 different reasons for me to walk out with nothing? I don't know what we are gonna do. I'm sobbing.I just moved here but the closest thing as far as customer service I've found to Publix or Winn Dixie is Meijer. I worked for Winn Dixie and if this would have happened there,my Store Manager would have taken care of dinner at least.Also, a year ago we ordered a Nintendo switch on their app for delivery. It was a birthday present and guess what we got instead?? Shout. Yes, the laundry stain remover.

These people don't know how to do thier job bought a Walmart family Mobile phone they didn't activate it before they shipped it so they told us we had to go to store to have it scanned and activated so we did spent literally 2 hours going back and forth from the ridiculously RUDE cs rep to electronics neither one knowing wth to do finally stopped the "store lead" in hall made him come help (even he didn't know what to do) finally after the store lead and 5 or 6 other employees and almost 2 hours of my sat ruined they still couldn't figure out how to fix the problem so before I totally lost my cool I called family Mobile and got them to fix the situation in like 15mins I think it's beyond ridiculous my day was wasted and these people don't even know how to sell their own brand of electronics I can't explain enough how much I HATE WALMART

I ordered my wedding cake from here. The cake tasted goo, looked good (I had it done plain and then decorated later with real flowers), and wad 1/10 the cost from a specialty bakery. I can’t give 5 stars because they called me within a week of my wedding (I ordered it 2 weeks prior to that call) to tell me they didn’t have anyone to decorate it and that I had to pick it up 3 days before my wedding, which caused some dress. But after some back and forth phone calls, they confirmed it for my original order date, and it was worked out.
