“So thankful for the level of service, care, and professionalism I received at this location. I reached out to the team at the Avon location to see if I had a warranty on my tire, and I’m so glad I did. I also had a warranty through another tire shop, but they wanted to charge me nearly as much as I originally paid for the tire just to replace it. The guys at Discount Tire got me in quickly, replaced my tire and lug nuts, and made the entire process easy. The experience was such a breath of fresh air, especially after dealing with the other shop. I will never go anywhere else for my tires! And seriously, get the warranty if it’s offered! I purchased mine back in March 2024/2025, and it was absolutely worth it. Happy DT helped my week get off to a great start! Everyone here needs a raise. Kudos!”

“The best place to stop and get a used tire on the west side. Give them a call on your way to make sure they got your size. Then pull up, they take your donut or flat off and replace with the tire your purchasing, and 15-20 minutes later your on your way and not late to work. 10 out 10 recommend.”

“My second trip for paintless dent repair and both times I have been extremely happy. The estimates were exact and turn around was quick. The repairs looked great”

“I get this location in Plainfield five stars. But if this was the location my part came from AKA LKQ in Southern Indiana I would probably give two stars. Horribly long wait times just for the guy to ask one question. And before I could explain anything transfer me back to the online store. This was after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them!!”
