“Scheduled an appointment online to get all new tires and then this morning (not the scheduled appt day) Dennis called and told me I could come in earlier since my tires came in, which was a BIG help! As soon as I walked to the door i was greeted by a worker who’s name I believe is Alex, that’s the name on my receipt, he walked to my car and explained everything to me & he answered every question I had, tried to upsell me on two things (wipers & protection certificate) but i understand that comes with the job so I get it. There was also a young lady there, I didn’t catch her name but she was also very nice. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and I will be recommending this place in the future!”

“I get this location in Plainfield five stars. But if this was the location my part came from AKA LKQ in Southern Indiana I would probably give two stars. Horribly long wait times just for the guy to ask one question. And before I could explain anything transfer me back to the online store. This was after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them!!”
