The people are great! There is a true sense of community. The check-in people always welcome me by name. The aerobic instructors are friendly and challenging. The workout area has plenty of weights, weight machines, and treadmills. The are lots of nice members. Some have become friends.

We are greeted with a friendly smile as we check in. This facility has many health and fitness options as well as social activities to join. The pool is amazing for those who enjoy the water. All the equipment is kept clean (do your part too), great working condition for everyone’s use. We feel comfortable with no intimidation or shame; everyone is there to become a healthier person
