“I was extremely pleased with Stones auto body, they were very professional and handled everything from my rental to speaking with the insurance agents. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and the paint job was flawless. I would recommend this shop to anyone with large or minimal damage done to your vehicle, and they offer free on the spot estimates.”

“The issue with my 24 Denali HD was not a major fault but was an annoyance. The technicians at stoops took the time to listen to me and understand what I had done to try and diagnose the problem I was experiencing with my campers lights and, the warnings I was getting on the infotainment screen. Although the test device showed no trouble, the technician went the extra mile and found the problem. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to Stoops.”

“Shipping us one thing which they have to control on. As for grading them please explain how that's possible when you just now get their product. Don't you think you should be asking this 3 to 6 months from now ? After all at this point it's all about the shipping which they had no hand in. Ask me later by then I'll know how they did if the part and service become a problem.”

“Knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Was willing to try to understand problems over the phone, and took the time to figure out what was wrong with my SUV with a drop off diagnostic appointment. They have a lot of work on their hands for a small town shop, but one of few that take their time with what they are doing so the knowledge is correct and work is done right. Thank you for the time you took to figure out what we could not. We will definitely use Frankie’s in the future.”

“I started coming to Don's because my parents recently moved to Greencastle and have been going here. I drive from the east side of Indianapolis and it is well worth the drive. The staff is very friendly and honest! I feel comfortable bringing my car here and that I am not going to get taken advantage of. They are also great communicators as well and I have been able to get my car in on a last minute notice.”

“Just had a great experience at this store! Had a tire blow in town. Got the vehicle to Neal and they ordered and scheduled my tires to be delivered to my local Neal location (since I live in Crawfordsville) and offered to put on the spare for no charge. The benefits of being a loyal Neal customer (even at a different location). Pat even delivered my vehicle to my office a few blocks away! Above and Beyond service!! I highly recommend!”
