Generally sPeaking i love Crossroads Care. Fast, responsive service, delivery, etc. it's just top notch. HOWEVER I am not comfortable at a pharmacy where the technicians DO NOT all wear masks. There is, in fact only one technician who does not wear a mask. I asked her to please get on board and protect her customers. She refused, and in fact argued with me about it. The pharmacist and the other techs all wear PPEs. I really appreciate it. But I'm moving BACK TO CVS unless everyone in the pharmacy wears a mask. It makes me sick to say that, as i support local businesses first. An employee who flaunts the mask and gloves rule, is enough for me to move on. Otherwise I'd give this business 5 stars.

The staff at Crossroads Pharmacy is amazing. They are kind and friendly, never making me feel like I'm a bother, always willing to answer questions and help. They take time to know my name when I walk in. I highly recommend Crossroads Pharmacy.
