“I have been going to this post office for nineteen years. Friendly helpful staff who DO all speak English. When there is a high volume period a manager will "triage" the people in line so that a person with one simple transaction (picking up a package or buying stamps) will not clog the line or have to wait in line behind people with multiple transactions, which helps everyone. This is the best post office I have used in fifty years of living all over California. I am appalled that some people would leave one star comments after one bad experience, and blatantly dishonest and bigoted ones like "no one speaks English."”

“I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm at this post office weekly, and these workers are awesome. They are always helpful, never seem to have a bad attitude. Great service, clean facility. Happy postal customer here!”

“I got a notification saying a package was delivered but wasn't. I went into the post office and was helped right away! The manager (I'm assuming) took down my number and said she would call me once she tracked it down. Got called back about 30mins later and said they dropped it off! This post office is always short on staff but I've always been treated with kindness and helpfulness!”
