this pharmacy filled my prescription incorrectly several times stubbornly...ignoring the 5 rs and my drs repeated phone calls . If you cannot get a name correct and lack complete accountability and or minimum standards you shouldn't be a pharmacy. I seriously question the amount of harm done with this level of incompetence and lack of care. insisting i take a med w severe allergies and disregarding my dr and my objections repeatedly is so terrible. while you did this i didnt get much needed medicine and you seem like an incompetent and uncaring pharmacy jerks

I received an email last week stating that my called in prescription could not be filled because you all did not have the medicine. I talked to someone Thursday 7/24 was told it would be ready Friday after 3:00pm. I talked to Beverly today who informed me that it’s an over the counter prescription that I could buy it now if I wanted to. I asked her why didn’t the person tell me that Friday, better yet the email should have shared that information to. It was a total waste of my time today in the rain. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. To top it off, Beverly was very non chalet and unsympathetic!!

The Pharmacy employees are rude and have horrible customer care. I was in line before close and waited over 10-15 mins. When it was my turn the widow gates were already shut. They said they were closed already and they wanted to go home because they had been there since 8. I asked a question about transferring to a 24hr cvs on the app and was told by the lady Pharmacist she couldn’t hear me very well from the wind and rain. She then hung up the phone without saying anything else and walked away. Worst costumer service I have ever had at a pharmacy! Not to mention they always close early because they are “short staffed.” (Only reason I gave a 1 star is because I couldn’t give 0!)

The pharmacist and staff work hard to make this CVS run well! When they are short on medication and trained employees (through no fault of their own) they step up. Best Customer Service!

Had an issue with the other CVS by my house (Whiteland location) and they refused to order a specific generic brand for me (as their “preferred manufacturer” makes me sick) Seriously, look at the Google reviews for Advagen Pharma. They are 1/5 stars with 60 reviews.
Anyways, this location was extremely polite, offered to special order the brand I was accustomed to, and transfered my medications from Whiteland to Here. 👏 Thank you guys!

Hmmm… I read some of the other reviews and I am surprised at the low ratings! I’ve had the opposite experience - now that I’ve been patronizing the Bargersville CVS for a few months I can honestly say it is *THE BEST* CVS I’ve ever done business with.
I grew up in a small town, the local pharmacy wasn’t a chain and their service was exceptional. I moved to Indy and lived there for many years… if folks think the service at the Bargersville CVS off of SR-135 is bad - please never use a CVS in Indianapolis because you will lose your mind.
The employees at this CVS have always been polite, prompt, and helpful. They’ve gone above and beyond to get meds that were backordered and hard to find, and they even rushed the order - all this without me even asking! I can only guess the employees responsible for my fellow reviewers having a bad experience have been educated or no longer work there - because all of the employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with have been super friendly, professional, and helpful!

Rude, disrespectful and racist! Their pharmacy manager treated me with absolutely no respect and even threatened to call the cops on me for not having my prescription ready. Avoid this silly unprofessional location!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could and they’re refusing to give me my meds, crazy right?!

If you want a pharmacy that looks like you are bothering them every time you approach the counter, then this is the place for you.
Always claiming to be perpetually short-handed, this staff will almost always default as to why they can't help you.
Last Friday I showed up at 2:58PM, only to see adjusted hours posted for that day, where they closed at 3:00PM. Despite being 2 minutes prior to close, there pharmacy was already shuttered and they gleefully told me they couldn't help me and that they where "really sorry". Because the pharmacy was shuttered, I couldn't see their faces, but the absolute mirth in their voices told me they must be smiling ear to ear getting to tell a customer to pound sand.
So I recommend to everyone, go get you prescriptions elsewhere and don't reward this kind of service.

Bought a $10 Target gift card at the Bargersville CVS. Had to use self checkout because there were no sales reps at the counter. Target card gives an error but still charges me. CVS rep says they can't refund me. I leave store with a $10 gift card that isn’t activated. Terrible business policy and terrible service.

The front store employees are fine, even if you are best to use self check out when you can’t find an associate. However, like all CVS’s, there are not enough people in the pharmacy. I don’t know what the problem actually is since there are 5-6 people behind the counter, ALWAYS. I came to pick up a medication that my doctor sent over hours ago for them to tell me about 15 minutes. Almost an hour later I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. For 7 pills. SEVEN. Is it seriously that difficult??? Oh, not to mention that the main pharmacist there is always rude and judgey about what my doctor prescribed for me.

Unfortunately I will be looking for a new pharmacy after the holidays. I have COVID and was called in medicine Friday night. I went to pick them up the next day. I had an antibiotic and inhaler for myself and three medications for my son Luka. I did not open the bags until hours later when I discovered that they did not put my antibiotic in there. Only the inhaler. I called and was basically called a liar because it wasn't around there. So I'm doing without my medication.

Don’t go to this location for refills, 2 weeks to try to refill a critical medication, told us to get it refilled at a competitor. Gave us several excuses regarding ordering the medication from their local distribution center.
