“Needed to open a bank account for an estate. After calling 2 other big banks (that I have banking relationship with, by the way) and being told to request an appointment and maybe manager can get to me this week, I called SYB. They answered the phone, (no auto teller,) told me what to bring, and got me in same day. Manager Leo H. efficiently opened the account and got me going in probably less than 30 minutes.
The new branch on Emerson and County Line Rd is great.
I honestly don't know why I don't do all of my banking here.”

“If you utilize the location on South Emerson and left unsatisfied with the customer service you experienced, it is well worth the time and gas to drive to this location. The experience is like night and day. The staff listen to your needs, are compassionate, and you feel that you're communicating with a sincere human versus talking to a robot with limited answers.....true story. If nothing else, if you have lost a loved one that banked particularly with this location, good luck. More than likely, you'll not receive the assistance you need to have closure for your deceased loved one. I advise knowing upfront what you need on hand and the time needed to complete closing an account before going inside. They will have you come back multiple times due to the lack of sharing the necessary information the first visit. Avoid South Emerson location if you can.”

“Jessica Mctarsney was the greatest, most helpful circle k worker I have ever encountered. Genuinely nice, very communicative and sweet heart to my six year old Niece. This was the circle k by the old high Scion Franklin. Circle k needs more “Jessica” like employees”
