“I moved to the area 2 years ago so I have gone through MANY vets to find the perfect one for all 4 of my animals. Dr. Couch and the girls are the best! Like most of you know bringing your animal to the vet can be a stressful thing for them. Dr. Couch understands that so he gets his job done in a very timely manner. He is straight to the point and that’s what I love most about him. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have left different clinics before confused on what’s wrong with my animal because the vet didn’t seem confident in what they were talking about. You don’t get that with Dr. Couch. I have been with Dr. Couch and his girls for little over a year now and I’m so blessed to have found them! 10/10 recommended!!”

“I have tried a few vets since I moved to the area and this office is by far the best around-especially if you have a big dog. My dog is old and has seen a lot of vets and usually gets treated poorly for being big and people being afraid of him. He is a gentle giant and Dr. Mills treated him like the big baby I know he is. We had to have his tail amputated and the entire experience left me in awe that a vet clinic could be so easy. From being very friendly place for a reactive dog, to great care and after care I wiuld definitely recommend Franklin.”

“The ladies at Center Grove Animal Clinic were exceptional both times I brought my cat to them. They listened, were understanding, very thorough with information, and they took great care of my cat.
Furthermore, they didn't over prescribe unnecessary medications for my cat and their fees and prices are fair!

They are extremely welcoming and personable immediately after meeting you. You truly feel important to them which is something I’ve never experienced to this level as a pet owner. “This veterinary practice is Franklin's best-kept secret. The care costs are reasonable and at your appointment you can always request treatment plans so you can estimate associated cost. It's a Fear Free clinic, so they make sure they gauge your pet's stress level. Not only do they have a full range of services--everything from behavioral counseling to underwater treadmill for physical therapy and rehabilitation--but they're a mixed animal practice, so you never know what you will see in the lobby. From reindeer to anteaters, pups to skunks, they treat a wide range of beasties. There are some critters that they don't see: wolves, monkeys, large exotic cats, venomous snakes, gators over 5 feet, and raccoons, but otherwise they will see most things, including large animals. They are also a drop-off site for injured native wildlife and work with rehabilitators all over the state to help Hoosier animals get healed and back into the wild. The staff is passionate about education and husbandry, so they will always answer any questions you have about your pet's care!”

“Had an emergency googled veterinary hospitals in Trafalgar. This clinic came up. Rushed to the local walked in the door the vet was the only one there. Told him the issue with my dog. He told me what to do and gave me a surenge. Offered to pay, he wouldn't take anything. Did what he told me and she is doing fine.”

“I brought my cat Oliver first thing in the morning on 1/19. I was so worried because it was technically a holiday but they got me and Oliver in quickly. He had a crystal blockage and surely would not have made it had it not been for this hospital. I am so thankful for all the doctors and staff and this hospital for saving Oliver. ❤”

“They moved to the Greenwood Centre but anytime me and my mom or me and my dad go there with our 2 dogs Maynard and Stoney they always treat them good. My dog Maynard had a tumor and we were worried that it was cancerous but you could tell for some reason Maynard knew someone was wrong he kept whimpering and tugging on my leg and peeing everywhere but the nurses didnt get mad at all they just kept petting him and then went and cleaned it up. We found out it was NOT cancerous and that it was just a tumor. Either way the nurses treated him very sweetly and Maynard is usually very lazy and just sleeps all day and is lazy and not very happy but his tail was wagging and he was barking and me and my dad felt happy for him! And my other dog Stoney he's a pitbull and he hates getting his nails cut but the vet knows exactly how to make him trust them, even though its expensive it helps a lot.”
“Had to put my boy down a few months ago. They made it a wonderful experience. I was alone when it happened and the nurse was so sweet and gave me a hug. Price was very reasonable for the cremation.”
