The staff at the CVS in Batesville are first rate. Always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jennifer, who checked me out the last 2 times I was in the store. She is friendly, helpful, has a sense of humor, and efficient. Thank you.

Stopped in to check out some vitamins i need. None were in stock, none of the employees bother to ask if i need help.
They need more employees to have everything stocked up.

Very rude.. service was awful..called yesterday evening and they said the medicine would be ready, got here today said it wasn't ready, said 10 minutes waited 25 minutes let someone ahead of me ...waited once I got to the window she tells me yet again it's not quite ready and we have to take lunch now.. really cvs? Get it together because this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! So now im waiting 30 more minutes for them to take their lunch..regardless the medicine should have already been ready to go since yesterday.. and it's not.. I wouldn't even give them a star! Terrible service! Need to do better! Don't tell someone it will be ready in 10 minutes when it's not...

You send a text saying the medicine is ready for pickup, when I arrive you don’t have it. Then tell me it’s on back order and you have no idea when it’s ready. No excuse CVS. Do better. Aside from one staff member, the rest of the pharmacy is incompetent.

Loved how when I got there several employees were chatting at the counter but when I go to checkout the line is long with only 1 rude elderly man working the counter. I was told that I need to come back to pick up 1 (easy) item from the photo area that I already saw print out. Ridiculous…the cashier didn’t even call for any assistance even though I know there were other employees there that could have helped. So frustrating!!!!

I’ve been coming here my whole life without issue but after todays experience the pharmacy needs new employees - if you hate working (or hate your life, whichever), get a new job for the sake of everyone involved. Some jobs get busy - you aren’t laying bricks, just filling up bottles.. they should be ashamed
