    We got a car loan with 5th/3rd- absolutely could not get through on any platform to make a payment. Ridiculous.

    We have accounts at two banks and wanted to consolidate to one. We chose 5/3 and went in to discuss some options. We stood in the waiting area for 15 minutes and we’re never acknowledged. Decision made. TD bank gets all our business.
