Ruth Ann was so nice and very knowledgeable. She was also very patient with me since I'm still new at using a company to do my taxes. In the past, my dad always did them. Ruth Ann didn't mind me asking her a ton of questions.

Luke is awesome. He always answers any questions I have no matter how silly. He remembers his clients which I know is hard sometimes. He makes it an experience. The only issue I have is the cost of the services which I know he doesn't control.
