We needed groceries delivered because I was at work all day and we relied on them for supper. Paid over $300 and because the delivery driver couldn't find us on Pearl st( it's a freaking main road in Batesville) he decides to give up and cancel order. Thanks Kroger because now I have to wait for my money to come back so I can feed my kids. Way to show you care about your customers. I definitely am not going to continue paying for boost membership if this is how we are treated

Generally have had good experiences here. Store is usually well stocked. Fruits and vegetables are good quality, baked goods are always good. Prices are a little higher than other stores in the area, but not terribly so.
In the past have had some rocky interactions with staff, but otherwise no complaints!

Horrible customer service. When looking to get some esther price chocolates. Ask two separate employees. Neither one knew where they were. Finally found them. After purchasing A box We opened our box and The chocolate was old. Returned it to customer service. The gentleman couldn't even get off the phone to really help us. Grabbed a second box and it was old as well. The whole time the gentleman was still on the phone. So disappointed in customer service and in Ester price chocolates. Unfortunately , this is the second time this has happened to us in less than a week. Two separate krogers and 4 boxes of esther price chocolates

The two young ladies at the self check out tonight at closing were awesome!!! Very kind, patient, and friendly store employees. This was my first time shopping at this store and I love it. Especially the customer service. Thank you!!

I enjoy going to this Kroger. Plenty of self checkouts, fresh meats and produce, and the store is always neat and clean. Highly recommend!

Shopped at the Batesville Kroger last night. Our cart was full ($400.00) in groceries. My husband requested a check out lane be open only to be told that they don't operate after 9:00 pm. We started checking out at the u-scan and had issues with it not recognizing light-weight items and the clerk had to come over and "check" that we had scanned correctly (we had). The line was extremely long as other customers had large orders as well. As we were finishing our order they opened a check out???
I asked the service clerk why and she stated it was "corporate policy." Kroger's you've lost a long-time customer. If I have to scan, bag groceries, and deal with scanners that are not working correctly then we will shop somewhere that has customer service.
